McDonald's, Washington DC

Dont plan to sit and eat at this location. Hardly no chairs to sit at a table to enjoy your meal. Its more of a grab and go style McDonalds.

They sent me an empty bun and a coffee with bits of plastic floating in it (delivery).

I've ordered from here a few times here, and each time at least one item is wrong. I can cope with the occasional wrong item (it's McDonalds so we expect it I guess), but an empty bun and coffee full of trash seems almost deliberately malicious. I'd swerve this chain.

Very welcoming. Love the kindness when they brought me 18 chicken nuggets instead of 20 mcnuggets and she got me 4 more and extra sauce!

Very fast service, it is a small mcdonald’s.in a busy area, almost always full of people.but I like this branch and the location.better than many other branches where you would very often be surprised, and usually not necessarily always positively.

Really wonderful staff at this location. It's so much brighter and more civilized than it used to be. Employees are respectful of all and hustle their butts off. And my quarter pounder today was very tasty. I only go to McDonald's for my kids, but I'm a pushover so I experience a lot of locations, and this is a good one lately. All the workers here deserve a raise.

Very Patience Staff ex: Yesterday I brought my 2 Kings to McD's with No Money Frfr $3.00 total. Because of My Rewards; I was able to get 2 hamburger happy meals, a $1 Large Fry AND since My Bday recently passed- for the rest of my bday month, I get a Bday Danish for FREE! Each reward has to be separate; per transaction But the Patience During rush hour Directly After School (3: 45pm) across the street from the Reeves Center With Only One Register open Who was a Manager at That!
I Can't Express my Gratitude and Humble Appreciation for the Rewards program and The Staff at THIS McDonald's location.

They Even broke down on the Bathroom one.day when I personally was hav in bg an emergency. The elder Hispanic Male staff, whose normally on the floor; Watched me and my children come in many times. Without One Word- He Knew I needed to go to the bathroom. He slowly but speedily like a swifty tortoise, dialed the code and allowed me to used the Usually NoAccess Facility (Because of location & Traffic).

Again Extremely Grateful for You All Yesterday & All the Additional Clutch Days You All Made had my back.

Place was gross and in need of a clean up. I had to eat my food outside of how dirty it was.

Although the McDonald's is very busy most of the time the employees there especially the management is very pleasant I have to say to be as busy as they are you will get a very pleasant experience

They tried to scam me into paying extra for a regular (unsweetened) ice tea. No, it's the same price as every other drink.

I ordered spicy chicken. It was a disaster; the patty was over cooked (maybe the first time I have ever seen an over cooked patty in Mac).

The order came out fast, but the quality suffered. The order contained a cheeseburger where we asked to remove ketchup and mustard, but they also removed the patty

Have not eaten at no Macdonald's in few years and I paid $6.14 for two small fries that in my pocket is too much.

One of their workers has Covid and they are still open even though other employees have been in contact with this employee they don’t care about public safety

Ok so great location great customer service was satisfied with overall service and I got in and out quickly.

It has been a while since I've frequent McDonald's on 14th and U, I was delight by the makeover! A little corner nook caught eye for dining in.so inviting! The MacRib sandwich was delicious, must try again before it goes away.
