McDonald's, Washington DC

This place was like there McDonald's I've been in. It was underground. Very nice and clean. Also never been to one that you had to pay to use the bathroom, so if you gotta go.make sure you have 25 cents handy. The food I ordered looked fabulous, like the commercials portray it.excellent

Automation is key here and when you walk into these McDonald's. You literally go up to a virtual kiosk where you need to put in all the information on what you want to eat hamburger. What type soda et cetera.

I stop to get a order of fries. This was late night so start to finish was fast. The was very and good

I ordered 2 take out meals and one of them was without my large fries (no French fries at all) son don't trust what they give you.check before you leave

Feeling hungry love to be in McDonald after such along time old memories refreshed, had filet fish and chicken refill your drink with multiple options.

Very good at handling crowds of people at a time despite only having three people working while I was there

They reopened after the remodel that took several weeks. The results were very good: they already have auto service (machines inside) and the personal is really nice.

I didn't like this restaurant because they wouldn't give me an orderly meal/order and thought it was funny yet I paid to get an orderly meal. I had a deal of buy Cheeseburger or 10pc Chicken Nuggets and one free and large fries. After paying, waiting a little bit of time, I went to pick up my order at the Pick up area. But they basically made my order while I was standing right there. She made the order as it was complete and waited till I started heading towards my seat, this evil employee called me out to go back and get the burger that she had refused to put in the bag to complete my order. When I asked, they were laughing at me jokingly and instead the employee asked if I was angry at them for refusing to serve as they were supposed to. I just told them that am used to it and normally I just get over it in seconds. However the restaurant was super clean that is why I gave them 2 stars eventhough I didnt visit the bathrooms. All in all, I do not recommend this location of McDonald's at all, please stay away.

It's McDonald's. But everyone is so nice! We got an extra serving of fries in my grandson's Happy Meal. And one of the patrons, who appeared to be a regular, helped not only us when we were looking for the bathroom, but helped a couple, too! Definitely a great McDonald's to go to before or after the zoo - or just in the neighborhood.

The people here is very friendly and lovely, the location is very near to the national zoo. Only 12 minutes

I have an paid order to pick up but they refuse to give it to me I guessing because I'm black and they are Latino.

4 stars. Fries were super fresh and that was great but my double cheese AND my 10 piece were luke warm. Dining room was mostly clean but their were little friends flying around and you have to have quarters to use the bathroom!?

Saw something very disturbing this morning 8/21/22. An individual came in there and does not seemed like first time since worker new him. He was selling brand name shampoos soap etc for cash. The workers stopped serving and attended to the so called good deal on my guess stolen products.

Owner look at your video at 10 to 1020am to see what happened.

We always eat there before Zoo, if not purchasing food u must pay couple cents to use bathroom good to know

Crowded and loud but a great big dining room and a fast staff, they do their best for the location.

They took about 15 minutes to make an apple pie after they said it would take 2 minutes. Deleted McDonald’s app for good.

Every time I come in to the store and order a large coffee with plenty and cream on the side they do not have any Splenda packets and have had to leave and the spicy chicken sandwiches are half cooked half way through the sandwich it gets hard Barisal I can’t Evan get a large coffee

So.let's get some cons out of the way first, its underground which is more of a personal preference not being able to see outside as well as the customer service is a little average but could be the employees are going through a bad day.

Onto the good, fairly spacious with plenty of seats and is also clean from the looks of it, food could of been quicker but alot of orders were coming through so did slow things down which is 100% fine and got my order in a timely manner (about 4-5 mins on that day).

Would come here again if I need something quick to chow down on.
