13 Took forever. Asked for 3 kids chocolate milk and got 3 diet cokes. I mean really?
I only seen like 2 people working there so maybe short staffed?
I had my first mocha frappe (and brain freeze) since the COVID shutdown began. What a sweet way to start the day. Great location across the street from the Renwick and a short walk to the White House.
Very busy location, so they have most of the food premade and not well heated. Would have expected more from this location, but good for an easy quick bite.
The women on the phone is very rude and refused to allow me to speak the manager, i canceled my order because of her.
Great Mcdonalds! I've gone here about 10 times over the course of several months and always receive good service. The food tastes good and they get it ready quickly. Probably the best McDonald's I've been to in DC metro area in the past few years.
The staff was mostly Hispanic and spoke in Spanish to each other. I overheard an employee tell a manager that a customer was crazy in Spanish, so I asked her, in Spanish, why she said that about her, and she was perplexed and didn't respond to me. The napkins are located behind the counter, so you have to ask for them, which is inconvenient, since it's a busy location.
Greatest Wendy's in the entire chain! Love the new fry recipe, kinda salty though.
Mad I got diabetes, but I enjoyed the process leading up to it
Bad customer Service, the employees and manger who are Mexican sit up and talk about people in their native tougne.
Manager talks like a kid behind the McDonald's so I don't think the kids behind the counter will be President someday like George Washington became. I thought it was Clinton who done the fries here.
Really busy tourist site, located next to the Whitehouse. Food is on par with what is expected.
Fast ringing, but they forgot my order. Were friendly and quick to fix it once I got their attention. Clean and efficient for such a very busy location.
They were very busy but got our order out very fast and it was exactly what we ordered, which is rare for a McDonald's.
Food was good, pretty quick service.but.tables were nasty, no napkins ANYWHERE (HAD TO USE PAPER TOWELS AND HAND SANITIZER FROM THE BATHROOM) and the bathrooms were disgusting, neither toilet flushed in girls bathroom
