Pizza Restaurant Menomale reviews
18If you like traditional napoletana pizza, definitely try this place. The crust amazing. They have vegan cheese, which you can get on any pizza. I liked the pizza a lot. We also got the Romana style pizza (deep dish) which I didn't care for as much, but it's definitely a style preference.
This place was amazing! The handmade dough is out of this world. Would highly recommend. The service was top notch and the establishment was very clean. Please go!
One if my absolute favorite authentic Italian pizza places in the district, been going here since they opened up and recommend it to all my foodie friends who want some R E A L pizza.
Excellent Service and Authentic Italian pizza! Awesome Neighborhood find! Wine list also a fabulous find! One of our favorites in Brookland area!
First time visiting DC and we absolutely loved the food.the pizza was delicious.we came to Noma location. The staff was extremely efficient, they delivered quality and we will come again! Highly recommend! 5 stars!
Back in DC for a wedding - been almost a decade since I have came back since graduation, and I immediately felt that warm feeling from the host at Menomale as I was seeking refuge from a storm.
Little did I know I stumbled upon a gem, legit 9/10 pizza and Italian fare, excellent service, beautiful space and ambiance.
This is a destination restaurant - don't miss out.
Menomale is fantastic, great appetizers and pizza. We love their outdoor space, especially on rainy days. The pizza is wonderful and has such a diversity of flavors. This is where we bring everyone who comes in from out of town!
Wouldn’t know how their food tastes cause I ordered take out, they said it’d be 25 minutes. 45 minutes in they said another 10. No thanks!
I heard great things about this place and it did not disappoint. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Delicious! I travel often to Rome for work. Our meal tasted like Italy. We started off with a refreshing Aperol Spritz each then had the Margherita pizza 15 and a Quatro formaggi. The pizzas were cooked in their wood burning oven that looked imported from Naples. Afterwards we had dessert, the tiramisu and a Gelato tartufo nero. Finally, 2 excellent espressos. Highly recommended
Superb and authentic pizzas just like in Italy. Not cardboard or sponge quality but real Italian Neapolitan. Service was A1. Peroni beer. Lots of choices. Pizza and pasta. Gelato is terrific. Best pizza in DC
Really solid Naples style thin crust. Toppings are a little skimpy especially on the veggie pizzas but everything was delicious. Patio wasn't heated but was warm enough on a 60 degree day.
I am a pretty picky eater but they're cheese ravioli and pizza was beyond amazing! I the staff is super friendly and kind. 10/10 recommend checking this place out while in DC.
Pizza was very tasty and the spot is kid friendly too! A little on the pricey side, but somebody has to pay for the excellent / fresh ingredients! Loved it
Oh my god you must come here! Come! Come! Come here now! Yummy! They serve pizza that is certified by the Italian government they are a certified member of the international Neapolitan pizza society.
This is one of my favorite places I've been to for pizza in DC! The food quality and service is some of the best (ever!) - everyone must go! Everyone on staff was so kind to our very large group of 15.
This place is in a small Neighbour hood. There is street parking. The place is small, but we were seated outside immediately. We got the Coccio as a starter. It was creamy and the bread with it was delicious. We got two pizzas The Diavola which was amazing and Chefs special. I did not like the later one. It did not have flavor to it apart from the cured meat. But the tiramisu was great, a perfect blend of sweet and coffee taste to it.
