Always well stocked & the employees are helpful and respectful. Good dotted notebooks for bullet journaling too.

Note it is absolutely unacceptable that the parking garage charges $8 flat rate for after hours and weekend parking! There is NO on street parking so you have to use the garage. And they do not validate!

Other than that Michael's itself is well stocked and a solid Michael's but it's a PITA to get to especially by car! Take transit.

Nice place but made me miss the giant department store sized Michaels that I'm used to. This one had some nice Christmas decorations but just felt like it was missing something. We parked outside on the street for free on Sunday night. I read that the parking garage is expensive so we skipped it.

I had an old newspaper I wanted framed, and Natalie was knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly!

The store was clean and neatly packed everything was in its place I would definitely shop there again.

Not accessible entrance. If you are unable to take an escalator you will not be able to shop here. Somewhat limited selection, no duct tape, plastic sheets, helium tanks, etc. These items are present at other Michaels locations.

The staff was so awesome. Every question I had they answered & even helped me find the items I was looking for. The store is super clean & it has a very customer friendly vibe. There a lots of arts & crafts that are very affordable along with other merchandise throughout the store. I'm definitely coming back again

I waited 40 minutes and a short line to have a picture / piece of art framed. The line never moved and all that time. Then I realized I would have to stand in that line to pick up the picture after they had finished the work. I could smell the incompetence in the air, so I quickly left and went to another art framing store. Yes other stores are more expensive, but in the future I will glady pay the difference.

Love Michael's, they're my go to spot for all things crafts. I usually go there to buy yarn as I'm a knit/cro person, but they have all sorts of goodies there.

My online order was ready fast! Pickup was easy, and the people who work there were kind and helpful.

Good checkout person but frame department was a disappointment and could have been better on customer service and courtesy.

Was able to take advantage of several clearance sales. The store associates were accommodating as usual, even to a grumpy old guy like me that arrived close to closing

Lovely store and very friendly staff. This store had everything I needed and I ended up getting interested in potential hobbies I hadn't previously thought about.

Horrible store. Everything is locked up like it's the hood. Service is lousy. We could not get any help all the way to the manager for something they are supposed to do. People just plainly played dead and don't want to work or help the customers. Went to another Michaels and it was like night and day. If you wanted to be treated like trash, go to this store. If you want to be treated right, go to the Rockville one.

Very good store with interesting products for every family and home. Employees are very kind and helpful.

A perfectly adequate and reliable Michael's! Parking is hard to come by, though (scarce or expensive).
