Mint Dental DC

Just like the rest of their 1 star ratings, my experience at Mint Dental DC was absolutely ruined due to their faulty billing practices and front desk staff. While everyone here is nice, there have been MULTIPLE occasions where I was mislead about when or what insurance was covering or my card was charged without my knowledge. It's unfortunate because this place would be a 5 star facility if it weren't for the shadiness/incompetence that occurs around billing. I haven't been here in months but just got a bill today, and I'm super interested to hear what the excuse is this time. I will not be back and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I surely don’t like cavities, who does? But Dr. Kassam and team made this basically a non event. Perfect anisthetic use. Painless, and I was comfortable for the entire process

Today was my first experience at Mint Dental, and it was delightful. The entire staff was so friendly and professional, and the admin processes were efficient and well-organized. I really appreciated that they fit me in as an emergency visit, and yet treated me like a regular member of the family. Many thanks to Dr. Bradshaw and Ty for getting me fixed up and put back together again. I definitely recommend Mint to others who are looking for a great dental experience.

Dental treatments are very expensive in America, why don't you choose Turkey? Incredible quality and highly qualified dentists are all here and yet a dental filling is very comfortable for just $100.

The front staff was a bit rude. Was not welcoming or pleasant. Also, the facility wasn’t the cleanest but, my son had a good experience with his dentist for his first dental appointment.

The Dentist and Staff are good, I have never been kept waiting. My issue are. They are out of network. I had some dental work done, paid the bill. Several weeks later I got notice that I owed over $400 dollars that insurance didn't cover.
Second time I had dental work done. I paid over $700 a few hours later I get a call saying I owe $380 more

Stellar services from the front desk to the hygienist and of course Dr. Bradshaw. Every one is professional and patient upon your arrival

My new patient consultation was very pleasant. Beautiful office, up to date equipment and nice courteous staff made me happy with my decision to come here. Dr. Bradshaw was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to any one in need of a general dentist.

I contacted Mint Dentistry and received an appointment fairly quickly, however, the day of my appointment I received a call stating my insurance was not accepted. This is beyond incompetent.

Dr. Bradshaw and his entire staff are the best dental team I’ve ever received services from. I am never in pain, Dr. Bradshaw is an excellent dental surgeon and great listener. The staff is prompt with reminders and supply pertinent info on demand. Go Team Mint!

I've had cleanings, fillings, even bridgework done at Mint Dental, and they've always operated at the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. If you're at all phobic about going to the dentist's office, this is the place for you: Dr. Bradshaw is always exceedingly clear about what he's doing, which inspires confidence, and he, the other dentists and his techs and hygienists have a light touch but are completely thorough. Both the process and the results are first-rate. Highly recommended!
