Great Hotel. The rooms and decor are beautiful. The doormen are very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff also greets you with a smile.

Beautiful historical hotel within walking distance to the Metro and sites! We have the balcony suite and the most delicious room service.

Outstanding service and the food was amazing. The Walla Walla Reisling serves with our Atlantic salmon was absolutely perfect!

This historic inn is incredible. The service is amazing, the rooms are clean and beautiful and the décor is amazing. I was very impressed and would stay here again over those big chain hotels.

Beautiful historic building that has all the modern necessities. Service was excellent but the food at the restaurant was just okay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Not only was the bed clean and comfortable but the pillows were fantastic. The staff was all very helpful and friendly and the hotel bar was a nice place to grab a beer at the end of the day. I also really appreciated the bottled water and convenient location.

Rooms are on the small side. The fitness center is also very small… the pics of it on the site doesn’t note that the mirrors make it look twice as large…

I stayed at this hotel twice within the past month. One of the main reasons being, it is a 5-10 min.walk from the Metro stop that connects straight to Regan National Airport. The Hotel has been fully updated, and remodeled very nicely. The rooms are very clean and in very good condition, and the lobby has very nice décor. The location is good, with the White House area about a 15 - 20 min.walk, and it is on a side street which is not busy. I would have given it a full 5 stars had it not been for a long delay getting checked in on my second visit, as the hotel computer system was down. The issue wasn't the system being down, as much as there did not seem to be any proper plan, or management oversight to deal with it. This happened during a busy Friday evening period, and it felt very chaotic, even though the staff on hand tried to do their best. Overall the front desk, valet and other staff are very cordial and make every effort to make your stay pleasant. I plan to return on a future trip.

We have stayed at the Morrison Clark multiple times and are impressed with the consistent high quality service we receive. The staff in all departments are pleasant, helpful and go the extra mile for their guests.we look forward to staying there again.

Me and my partner came there in April of 2023 for a festival, we are originally from Nc and when we arrived at the hotel it was a little difficult finding which side to enter the hotel. If you are a lady the stairs to the hotel has slippery concrete so BE CAREFUL. Customer service was immaculate, they offered bags for our wet jackets and water bottles as we were checking in. They have umbrella’s if weather conditions change on your trip. The room was beautiful and I loved the robs provided my only problem was the bathroom, the door is VERY thick it slams as you enter and exit. The floor in the bathroom has a downward hill to it and the portrait of the lady in black was scary. The outside area is quiet and relaxing as well.

I did not stay here, just picked up some guests from this hotel. There is very little parking or drop off/pick up space near this hotel, no drive or area to unload, just a couple of signs on the street, and it is not that close to the front door. The lobby is very clean, and the employees were all very polite and nice. It does have a very cool patio area in the middle of the hotel with sitting areas and a pretty fountain. It is about 4 blocks from the closest Metro, but in a good area of DC with lots of restaurants around.

AMAZING hotel, beautiful courtyards and lobby. Rooms were small but cozy. Seems close to the mall and attractions but it's a 35 min walk to anything close, and farther to other monuments. Dinner was delicious, breakfast was 8 dollars for a bagel and lite cream cheese. I was not a fan of paying for breakfast, the selection or price. Otherwise loves it.

We stayed there just for overnight. The room was comfortable and cozy. Didn't stay longer so can't tell much about services and all.

Some of the finest dining I've experienced. Our waitress was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, pleasant, and worked swiftly without disturbing my groups conversation and adding to our enjoyment of the beautiful space. The steak and the chocolate mousse were delicious. The wine, a cabernet, was perfect. A perfect dining experience.

Great hotel in the middle of everything in Washington. The service is fantastic and the rooms are so nice.

I give the MC Hotel 5 Stars. It is a true Hidden Gem of DC Hotels. The Doormen greet you with smiles, open the doors and pick up your bags curbside. All of the Staff and Managers are excellent and Customer Service is their number 1 priority. The food served in the Restaurant is top notch. I tried everything. I give top marks to the steak, salmon and the grilled veggies. The Bar Menu has lots of delicious choices and you can also order from the Restaurant Menu. The decor of the Hotel and the rooms reflects an Asian sensibility that is tasteful, elegant and relaxing. The color scheme used is just beautiful and the Asian art is gorgeous. The rooms have all the amenities you'd expect in a Hotel of this caliber. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a full pressure adjustable large needle head shower head. The Hotel is conveniently located in Downtown DC near the Convention Center, Excellent restaurants, Theatre, Train Station [catch the Monuments/Memorial Tours here], and Museums. I can't wait to visit DC and stay at the MC again!
