Great museum. Well laid out, great information. They have a lot of variety of exhibits and several very interactive options that are very well designed. I would definitely recommend visiting. We were there for 3 hours and were not able to see everything.

I went to the Museum today! I got 50% off with a Groupon pass for 1 adult. I traveled from Seattle to go to the Museum of the Bible and well worth it! I spent 4 hours and could have stayed longer. The Hebrew Bible interactive experience on the 3rd floor was my favorite part plus Bible translation on the 4th floor, I also liked the view of the Capitol from the 6th floor. I will be back someday with my family, God willing.

I earnestly enjoyed my time at the Museum of the Bible. They crafted a very thorough understanding of the Bible within 6 floors. I also can appreciate as a mom, the kid experience (aka kid room with Biblical concept games and physical activity for them to get out all their energy perfectly spotted on the 1st floor). The staff were kind, professional and had a Godly presence. The museum was clean, modern and had a nice themes for the café and restaraunt.

Spectacular, it’s a visit that’s well worth it! The museum is beautiful, the exhibition rooms are well planned and approach the history of the Bible from different perspectives. I spent 4 hours inside the museum and wasn't able to explore all the rooms.

Spacious and naturally lit central atrium. My favorite immersive experience is the Old Testament. Restaurant on the roof is spacious, pleasingly decorated, and has nice outdoor seating.

I've been there over a half a dozen times and every time I go I discover new things. The staff is helpful and it's a very peaceful environment. Although I only go a couple of times a year, I buy a membership to support the museum. I also find unique gifts for friends and family in their gift shop.

How disappointing; why do they depict Jesus as a white man, when we all know he wasn't. In those days the people were black and brown, period!

MEH! A lot of fluff and not enough stuff. The best part was the VR tour of Holy sites in Israel. An example of not enough stuff is.in the Noah's Ark exhibit, there were 2 tone drawings of the animal pairs. Why not use actual photographs of all possible animals? Some of the films were CGI or claymation- why not real actors? The building is clean and beautiful but a lot of space with nothing in it. The Guttenberg press, "Wicked Bible" and many of the antique Bibles were wonderful to show artistry and history but artifacts other than Bibles were lacking overall. Perhaps the museum will gain more through the years. Not sure that it was worth the cost.

Great visit, I visited around 10 a.m, and it was already quite busy. I was only able to visit for a short time. I was told to visit on the 3rd and 4th floor. There are seven floors, so it would take some time to go through the whole museum. Please use groupon to purchase your tickets

Lots, and I mean lots, of Bibles. Very interesting info on the progression of the Bible from Hebrew/Greek to the translations most people use today. One whole floor of the museum is dedicated to this. I was disappointed in several of the items on display were facsimiles.

The Hagia Sophia exhibit was a let down but still the photos of the church in various countries was nice.

The video presentation of the Old Testament story was a gem.

I want to be very careful here. This place displays less artifacts and more scale models and reproductions as well as some fun facts. A mix between academic, secular and faith based presentations that were careful to avoid being offensive to any group. It was almost 30 bucks to get in, which gives you 4 floors of videos, workshops, and depictions of some biblical events.

Hands down, our favorite place to visit when in DC! Very interactive and kid-friendly, we have gone multiple times and learned something new every time we come. We will be back soon and recommend to others.

This museum isn't just an ordinary museum, it's one that actually shows a lot. It shows different history about the USA and different fun facts about the Bible and the history around Christianity. It also shows more history about the monuments in Washington DC and there is a 10 minute ride showing you all the biblical references on the monuments. It also has a VR experience which was fun. If your looking for something that is about the history of the USA and Christianity, I highly recommend this place for those looking for s little adventure.

6 floors of interesting facts, displays, videos, and immersive experiences in the Bible. Especially loved the village from Jesus' time and the display of Torah scrolls. Recommend the add-on virtual tour of the Holy Land and the ride that points out the use of Scripture on the buildings and monuments in Washington.

Wasn't crowded on the Wednesday we went. Very informative with state of the art audio-visual presentations. In order to get the senior discount we could not buy tickets in advance but we got there at 10: 30 am and there was no wait.
