Nando's PERi-PERi, Washington DC

We came in for lunch with some visiting relatives for the first time. The food was great, but the service was truly incredible. Thank you so much to James and our blonde bubbly hostess (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name). Both of them were so kind and helpful! We will come back for certain because of them.

This restaurant is EVERYTHING! I wish this place was in Orlando! I would eat there every day. I think I passed out three times while eating the chicken because it was the most shockingly delicious food! (*Did not actually pass out) (*Was the most delicious chicken EVER)

Maaaaaaan, listen! Me and TJ went to the Annapolis location years ago, that's when they had the open-face steak sandwich. I recently dropped in to the Woodley Park location to check the temperature. I was greeted by a kind young girl who showed my to table then. The food in the photo was dynamite and washed down with grape Hi-C, Baby! Big thanks to staff and management?

I got the wings and they were definitely not worth the price. The images made them look large and juicy and they were neither. I got the medium sauce and it didn’t really have any flavor. I don’t know if the wings were supposed the be charred, but that’s the only flavor I could taste on each wing unless I dipped and covered it in their “hot” sauce. They were also out of sweet potatoes which I was looking forward to trying. My wife got the Caesar salad and in her words, “it was fine. ” It was not the type of meal we were expecting when we spent nearly $40.

Amazing! My husband and I ate here for lunch, and the flavor was unparalleled. We both got the Peri-Peri chicken bowl. The staff were very friendly, and the food was hot and fast. We will absolutely be back. Would highly recommend.

I love Nandos! Satisfying and delicious, no mistakes made and the food came out quickly.my friend was very happy that his extra hot sandwich came out flavorful with a good satisfying spice level. As usual with other locations I have visited, there is a generous vairety of sauces to try out, convenient with a hand wash station next to it.the patio was comfy with interesting people walking by, if you're interested in people watching.we were highly recommended to order off the app and service was fast! (I have some gripes with the app, but that's not this location 's fault so I won't complain about it here.)

as for soft drinks, they have the fancy Coca cola flavors soda dispenser, so I tried blueberry lemonade and ginger ale orange (which tasted a lot like Fanta, I'm not sure how different it would have been).

Can't say anything bad about it, I had a great meal. I also admit I am biased as I LOVE the quips and puns on staff shirts and napkins.

I really need to try the pastel de nata and livers sometime. But I highly recommend the chicken here - worth the cost.

I don't do hot. The people here made me not hot chicken. It was wonderful. The employees were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

First time trying but highly recommend. This location was clean and everyone was welcoming. Food was delicious and chicken was very flavorful. Will be visiting again.

The half a chicken had me dancing in my seat. The rice was good too. Corn needed pepper and butter, but that didnt take away from that CHICKEN! OMG!

Best roasted chicken I've ever had. It was moist and flavourful. I highly recommend the pea side dish, as well.

Very kind workers, they made sure to work with my very picky mom with her meal. Overall good food, I had a little trouble trying to find a sauce spicy enough for me and I thought the rice was slightly too dry, but still overall a good place

Food was good, if you like very spicy food then the extra spicy chicken peri peri is nothing! The service was friendly and fast.

Everybody here is very sweet and the experience is always warm. Brian is a great manager, and he and his team treat their customers with immense fairness and respect. However, it’s not surprising — Nando’s always does great. No brained 5-star review
