*They replied to my review on here and didn’t apologize for their staff hanging up on me, try to fix the issue or say that they will fix the website. They just want to prove the review aren’t fake but if you go to yelp, you’ll see all the bad reviews. *REVIEWS ARE FAKE! WORST DISPENSARY IN DC. I PLACED AN ORDER ON DUTCHIE, WAITED AND RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THE ORDER WAS ON ITS WAY. I CALLED TO PAY OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY OPTION I HAD FOR DELIVERY. THE FEMALE SUPERVISOR HAD TO EXPLAIN TO ME FOR 11 MINS HOW EVERYTHING SENT TO ME WAS AN ERROR. EVEN SAID THE DUTCHIE WEBSITE IS NOT RELIABLE. SAID THEIR SYSTEM IS OUT OF WHACK AND BEEN LIKE THAT FOR MONTHS. WHEN I ASKED THE QUESTION OF “HOW WOULD A 1st TIME CUSTOMER KNOW THAT YOU CANT ORDER DELIVERY AFTER 2PM IF THE ORDER GOES THROUGH AND YOU GET A TEXT SAYING ITS ON THE WAY? ” SHE HUNG UP ON ME. NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE, NOT COURTEOUS AND RUDE. I found another great dispensary to order from to save you guys trouble… TAKOMA WELLNESS OR CANNABLISS. Thank me later.

I was visiting from out of state and the staff made me feel welcomed. They accept medical cards from other states which is great. The associate at the desk completed the necessary paperwork in a few minutes and I was out the door - cannabis in hand - in less than 15 minutes. I also got a discount for being a first time medical customer. Thank you NHHC!

Shout out (your prompt said you'd give these people some sort of bonus) to Malcolm, David, Eric, Edward, Emily, Jessica, Kia, Ramar, Taliah, Michael, and the rest of the team, whoever I'm forgetting, all of whom are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Especially love that I can get vape carts here with thc/cbd mix for full effect, tincture, extract syringes likewise.

My medical place for perfect prescription and quality service. (no pictures available at this time). Be advised: the location was one block North before. They are still a favorite. Been enjoying the most of it with this dispensary.
