Sushi Restaurant Nooshi reviews
14The happy hour only included 3 drinks for like $2 off, and the sushi was okay. It’s pretty cold upstairs (where dine in is available), so bring a jacket.
Don't order delivery here. Even if you leave instructions on how to drop off an order, a guy will just repeatedly call and scream at you to meet him at his car for like 15 minutes, even when you re-explain how to drop off. The avocados in my maki rolls were also spotted brown, which just made the experience even more unpleasant.
Great sushi, lovely pan Asian dishes, dedicated and smart wait staff. Nooshi was very careful about covid precautions as well. We ate on the patio.
I love this place The food is always fresh and tasty! They offer good substitutes for people with food allergies. Can't wait to go back
Love this place! Go here at least once a month and dine solo. The older lady who always takes care of me is a doll, and remembers my order each time. Great, fresh sushi!
Go for the happy hour drink deals- they have a range of mojitos including fan favorite champagne mojitos.
Food is eh. I would definitely recommend ordering from the hot kitchen-prepared entrees. I haven’t been particularly impressed with their sushi in the past as wasabi is not high quality.
Great happy hour! Offered even on weekends. Sushi is super delicious. The picture shows you the volcano roll. But I also had the shrimp Vietnamese Roman. Yummy!
Now on another note! Here’s why there getting a 3-star and not 5-star.they refused to give my friend fried rice instead of steamed rice. As a first time customer, they could’ve made it as a courtesy.
Let me clarify! They make fried rice! He made an order and did not realize that it came with white rice.and simply asked for two scoops of fried rice instead. Unfortunately, he didn’t eat much.: - (
My recommendation is to offer more variety as a side, instead of offering the alternative as a full meal in order to get fried rice.
Yes it’s there restaurant but they could gained a customer for LIFE! And he would’ve recommended more friends and family. Their LOSS!
The food here was great, flavor was amazing, the perfect portions and they gave me excellent service, I will be coming back here.
Fantastic noodle dishes, some that you cannot find elsewhere. Love that they have some Malaysian stuff too. Highly recommend the mee goreng and the curry laksa. Happy hour is a must!
Great place for a very affordable happy hour and a great, diverse Asian menu. They have Mi Goreng, which you don't see on many menus in the DC area
It is my duty to the world to tell u this was a scary restaurant. I have to say I ordered delivery tonight and the sauce with the Vietnamese spring roll smelled like a wet dog, and made me and my roommate sick as dogs! Not kidding - the sauce smelled like butt, it was rancid! I called the restaurant and he reminded us he has insurance for this kind of stuff, and told me I was an assh** and "go to my doctor" - at 8pm at night lol. Worst place ever, run away!
Sushi is fresh and yummy and service is awesome. No wonder this place is packed out during lunch. I asked the waiter which of three apps was best and he was like, totally don't get the Korean fried chicken, it's not very good. So I got some dumplings which were DELICIOUS and DELIGHTFUL and my tuna toro sushi was terrific! My friend got off-menu grilled chicken soup and loved it!
Great happy hour prices! 50% off all drinks! Large sushi selection, both rolls that I got were delicious. Service was perfect: not too frequent, but just attentive enough!
The food is better than the consistently efficient service. In the many years I have eaten here I have overheard some interesting conversations of lobbyists and politicos. On one occasion, it was down right disturbing. The wonderful food makes being in DC almost bearable.
