Lot of choices for vegetarians. Tasty food. Above average pricing. Good service. Overall a very pleasant experience for our group of two couples.

Great Mexican food, reminds me of L. A.it's super busy and packed. Service is great, I recommend making reservations or if you can snug a seat at the bar.it's worth it.

The service was really nice, and it had a nice ambiance

The guacamole was so good! We ordered it spicy, and even though it didn’t taste spicy to us, it still tasted so fresh and not prepackaged

The black beans, chips and salsa, and chicken dishes were good

The hot sauce they had was really spicy and worth paying $1.50 extra for

Food: we had way better Mexican food in Florida
Service: accommodating, fast
Environment: loud … crowded … bathrooms and seats are so dirty …

My friend made a reservation for lunch on Saturday, 1130, September 30–a birthday lunch: although every restaurant Ive ever been to for a birthday has offered something special, even as small as a cupcake with a candle, this waiter did not; he could not be less attentive and indifferent. To my surprise, as I am a great fan of Jose Andres, the taco was barely edible, and the col de brusselas which was supposed to be crispy, was limp and excessively spicy, even for Mexican food, it was inedible. This is the first time a restaurant ignores a reservation for a birthday, and we have been going to restaurants all our lives. What is wrong? How can this negligence to the occasion, the service and the food happen with a Jose Andres establishment?

Another of Jose Andres’ disappointments. Guaca, not good since portion is small, and quality of avocados was substandard, Ceviche not good, tacos I had (beef and pork) were good. On the expensive side. Can’t recommend.

Ok, so mix feelings about the place. We were visiting Washington and wanted some Mexican food. The style of the restaurant was different. It was more of an appetizer place and everything is bought separate. If you want meat you pay for meat, if you want rice you pay for rice, if you want anything else you pay separate for anything else. The food was good. Can’t complain about it. But the price was a shocker. We were four of us, we ordered 6 tacos between three of us and the other person order two beers and guacamole. The bill came up to $86. I was shocked.

The corn flakes have a very crisp texture and are obviously freshly made in-house.

Their salsa is made with fresh tomatoes and black pepper. It is fragrant and sweet and can be drank directly. It is not salty like ordinary salsa. Once you eat it, you will know that it is fresh and of high quality.ceviche, so delicious, fresh and refreshing.

The octopus, with potato sauce underneath, has a garlic aroma, and some parts are a little burnt and have a barbecue flavor. The texture is a bit like crispy Chinese fried large intestine, and also a bit like Chinese grilled gluten.

The carnitas taco, with two pieces of pig skin snacks on top, is a bit cheap, and the taste is normal, not amazing.

Beef tongue taco, normal level.

The margarita is delicious with salty foam.

In summary, it was a great dining experience and worth revisiting.

Edit: The second time I came here, it coincided with the restaurant weeks. I had a great dinner. It cost 40 US dollars for five courses. I even had the super delicious and generous roast pork ribs that are special for these three weeks. I heard the waiter said that after the restaurant weeks are over, It will be removed from the shelves.

Second edit: The third time I went to drink some wine during happy hours and had fresh guacamole, a must order, it was super delicious. The fourth time I went to eat Pastel de tres leches con fresas, caramel ice cream, rum milk foam, plus rum-soaked cake under the ice cream ball, very delicious.

I freakin' love this place! Try the salt air Margarita and ceviche. They occasionally do coursed meals and they are excellent and very much worth the price.

It was my first time, my daughter made a reservation to take me, everything was very delicious, the person who served us was very friendly, we tried the huitlacoche quesadillas, taco de chapulines, tamale
For corn, I have to let you know that they are small portions, more like tapas style, and the classic margarita is very delicious.

The chips and salsa are amazing, and you must get the Brussels sprouts! The atmosphere is really nice too.

Went to dinner here for Fiancés birthday. The atmosphere is nice but like some of the other reviews it is very noisy. The service was good but nothing special. We tried all the margaritas, and they were very good. As for the food it was good but you'd expect a little more given the price and it being "upscale". The tres leches and chocolate desert was awesome though. Even though I mentioned in the reservation it was a birthday celebration the waiter didnt do anything to acknowledge it but not a huge deal. Overall, glad we tried it but probably wont go back.

Excellent option for Mexican food, the service a little slow but nothing that cannot be remedied. The tacos are very delicious.

We dined outside because that was the only reservation available. I am so glad we did since the weather was perfect, and the dining room was incredibly noisy. The food is good and attractively plated, but I recommend going for the freshly made guacamole and beer selection. A delightful restaurant.

This place came highly recommended and it did not disappoint! The food was excellent.the decor was excellent.the service was beyond excellent. I walked on the wild side (for me) and tried the grasshopper taco and it was definitely an experience. 10 out of 10 recommended everything. We'll definitely be back.especially for those chips and queso!
