5Justin Volman is the single most competent and helpful recruiter I have ever worked with. He is extremely professional, supportive and adept in providing guidance without being overbearing. Justin connected me with my current employer, which is a perfect fit or me and I could not be happier. In addition to being extremely easy to work with and helpful throughout the recruiting process, he consistently checked in leading up to my start date, as well as post-hire. When I moved to DC without a job, the wonderful recruiters at Paladin (especially Mari Zuccala), took care of me and found me a long term position in only a few weeks. Paladin specializes in creative and comms positions, which can be such a difficult market to crack. They do the hard work for you! While caring about what you’re interested in and whether a job would be a good fit for you, not just if you’re a good fit for the clients. Truly cannot recommend them enough!
