2Very disappointed with this place. I was thrilled to come to the city for a taste of some some treats from a real French patisserie. I was given a stale chocolate croissant that obviously was underneath the fresh ones. I took one bite and asked that they warm it up. My request was met with an eyeroll and only marginally helped the croissant. I was hoping to leave with a sampler box of delicious French pastries but decided that I couldn’t trust the quality of anything and I really didn’t want to give my money to a place where the staff treats customers poorly.
Great pastries served on a disposable utensils (bummer!) It would give so much upgraded feel if it was even some basic but normal plates and utensils.
Loved their opera cake, but a bit not sure why they called they awesome chocolate mousse "sacher" as it has nothing to do with the Austrian staple chocolate cake.
