Peet's Coffee, Washington DC

Love this coffee shop primarily because of the standing desk area which is excellent for working and the warm hearted staff. Only ding is that they have no bins for recycling

Delicious coffee! I love Peet’s. This location can be quite busy as a result of where it is in town but the service has always been friendly and they’ve always gotten my order correct.

I usually pop in here on the weekends when there isn’t a crowd and it is a pretty pleasant and quite spot during that time.

A standard Peet's coffee offering the same drinks and fare as at every other location. The prices at Peet's are reasonable, and the service is usually friendly. If you like the chain, you'll enjoy this location, and it's also a nice spot if you need a place to work for a while.

Best coffee I've found so far in DC and they know Australian orders like Flat White and Long Black!

I have gone do Peet's before and I love the Chai Tea but this morning, they got my order wrong. May be it was too busy but I was not happy.

I’ve been to every Peet’s in the area and this is hands down the best location, cleanest, best seating and great for people watching. The coffee is great too

Mediocre almond croissant & dark roast drip. Store was clean & the atmosphere was nice.

I love the staff here! Another customer took my drink and a barista was nice enough to make me on size larger than I ordered. It was a very comfortable spot for a work meeting

Friendly staff and great place for a quick cup of coffee. Ample seating for meetings and good walking distance to local attractions.

2nd at this location and at Peet’s, coffee is pretty good. Get the Apple Danish pastry and ask for it to be warmed. It’s sooo good, you’ll want a 2nd one.

Came here recently for morning coffee together with my friend and had good experience, staff was very friendly & helpful; gave us some good suggestions to try and served our order right away. Had their cappuccino and it was really good; smooth and creamy and partner it with their Cranberry Almond Muffin, perfect! Ambiance is calm. Worth a visit!

I had the worst experience here. Some of the workers are pleasant, but there is this one loud mouth black lady always yelling and having attitude. I am a paying customer, if she is satisfied with her career choice than she needs to find another job. It's not our fault she has to make coffee for the rest of her life.

Delightful coffee shop. Pleasant design, friendly staff, and calm ambience. The tea came sweeter than I usually take it but welcomed nonetheless. I will definitely come back.

The tea&cold brew fog latte is 1of my favorites. I like to leave the chicory out but just add white chocolate&caramel sauce&a dab of vanilla with coconut whip cream up on top.

Bizarre incident yesterday where raw sewage busted out from a ceiling pipe on to two very unlucky customers. The stench just enveloped the place before they asked everyone to evacuate. Service was so-so and this just was bizarre.

If you come here for coffee - it is great!
Friendly service. The selection of things to eat is ordinary and as most coffee places today. Not a cosy place to sit. But the coffee - yes!
