This A beautiful building and wonderful community. My relatives live in the building, and I visit them quite often as we approach the Building to go visit my loved ones on the front door a photo of two black gentlemen, one holding a bike, wearing all black the other with his work, backpack and brown pants on the gentleman in the brown pants happens to be myself My relatives and friends that live in the building were shocked when the office was contacted and I spoke with Aaron I was told it is not me in the photo, and that I cannot identify myself in a photo. This is insane, very unprofessional. And will not be stood for, after a conversation with her she was totally convinced that I could not identify myself in a photo Which I and my family and friends that live in the building find very offensive I guess any black gentlemen, with black hats all look Alike as I proceeded to tell her the photo is not accurate the two people in the photo are not the same two people She was trying to convince me that it was, and that I could not identify myself in a photo So we’ve come to the conclusion that we should pursue this legally, with a defamation of character lawsuit and have her come into court improve That I cannot identify myself in a photo I understand the level of security in the building, which I appreciate but this time she has gone way too far accusing the residence Family members as someone walking off with packages or bicycles. She should not be in the position that she’s in. She should not talk to the residence the way she talk to them by degrading them and making them feel less than what they really are. I have heard several conversations about her from a couple of the residents. Who happens to be colleagues of mine

The building is located at the waterfront with great views. Once the entire neighborhood is built up, it will be gorgeous

Construction taking up every parking place in the neighborhood. No regard for its neighbors.

I give this building a 5/5 because I am one of the plethora of construction workers who helped to construct this building. I work for a company called Anderson Mechanical Services, inc, and we installed, tested, and balanced all of the air conditioning in the building. It is located right on the water, just south of Audi Stadium, and, if you can afford it, I would highly recommend you check it out as a future home for yourself!
