Waiting on screen to order for 7: 00 minutes on the cashier window They told me to wait for 3 minutes, then i left.

I just hate the fact i get nuggets an i paid for two extra sauce an oh i get home all the way home an i DON'T HAVE NOT A SAUCE IN MY BAG MAD Popeye get on my nerves

They literally forgot my card…. So I had to drive back just to retrieve my card because he forgot to give it back… weird, he didn’t even seem sorry or say sorry for the inconvenience and they take forever

This location was clean, fast, efficient, and the chicken was hot out of the fryer for my order. The only reason I am giving only the four stars is because they forgot my chicken sandwich and I had to go back and get it after several unanswered calls.

Had to get an angioplasty about 20 minutes after eating the spicy chicken sandwich.

Worth it.

The food was very good, I ordered three pieces of chicken, two wings and one breast and fries and biscuit! I ordered spicy! The food was actually very good, it was fresh, hot, seasoned and very very good! I definitely got my money's worth! It was affordable and I will definitely go back again to Popeyes on Georgia Avenue

Popeyes best freid chickens. Finger linking good. Red bean and rice hot butter milk biscuit. Do they still honor free chicken and bisqute. Buy one large drink.

This one is pretty good. The customer service is great and fast. The food is always hot and delicious. Sometimes, they move to fast and forget part of your order. So always check your otder.

Went to grab some food quickly, got home and they forgot the chicken sandwich my wife ordered. Started eating what we did have and the chicken was rubbery, like it was freezer burned, and the sides, outside of the fries, we're unsalted. Have had decent experiences here before, but probably not going back anytime soon.

It was was the pits everyone acted like they didn't understand English, I also didn't realized until I got home that my two sides weren't in the box that I paid my $11.00 for along with my dipping sauce.

Been coming here weekly for dinner for a few months now. Food is consistently hot, delicious and fresh. Food is cooked to order, so you'll have to. **gasp**. Wait for it. They have seasonal varieties that are creative and for the more adventurous palette.
The customer service is friendly and attentive.

This place is slow the people don't never look that clean neither do the store need to start over with the manager first and then his employees

Just ok not much food to serve maybe because they were closing however the chicken they did have left was crispy and right on point

Clean, fun, and friendly staff. Not an extremely long wait for orders to be ready. Waiting for your food can get a little disorganized with there not being a specific wait area for them to call you. All in all, definitely a 5/5 compared to some other locations

Beautiful place right across the street from the White House. Chicken sandwiches were better than chick-fil-A. Bartender and staff were extremely efficient

The spicy chicken sandwich at this location is always fresh unlike other locations where the sandwiches are pre made and sitting in a warmer with soggy bread.

Chicken sandwich is great, I'd say better than Chick-fil-A. Also, I think the onion rings are really good. I would eat here again, and probably order the same thing. I've heard great things about their chicken, but that chicken sandwich knows it's business. Way better than McDonald's or Burger King. My only complaint is the drive-in is oddly arranged, and there isn't a lot of signage to help out with the problem. Combined with Georgia Ave, It can be quite a mess.

This Popeyes bathroom was gross! The lobby was packed with rowdy people looking for chicken to eat. They were harrasing the cashiers yelling at them to hurry up and saying rude things. The place was dirty too. Ew.

I do not like customers service, I order a bowl of more rice and very little bean. When check to see there was more beans than rice, so I told them to give me another bowl of rice and very little bean, but they refuse, so I told them to give me my money back.note they gave me another's person receipt at the first time when I was ordering, so they try not to give the money back, therefore they had to make a new receipt and that way they gave me the money.

The place is clean. The staff is friendly. ANF there is nothing like Popeyes chicken. It simply tastes like home fried chicken. When you take a bite, it's seasoned just right, it's crunchy, it's juicy, it is just simply tasty. Each bite you take is umm umm good.
