Sandwich Shop Potbelly reviews
14I had never been to Potbelly and in the 4 days I was in DC I ate there 3 times. Literally everything was delicious.
Delicious food, friendly staff (shout-out to Jolania) and clean facility! What more do you want?
Was super hungry so food tasted delicious, the smoked ham sandwich hit the spot. Employees were not focused on us almost at all though. It was difficult whether they were talking to the person on the other end of their phone call or us. Plenty of space to sit and the restaurant had restrooms for guests
First time trying and I'm disappointed. Turkey and avocado I paid extra for bacon, there is ONE strip and it us burnt. The italian sub is more bread then meat. I'll pass on Potbelly next time
Really, really tasty, fresh sandwiches drinks and cookies! Try the Lemon cookie with their malt shakes. Mmmmm gooood.
I went right after they opened in the morning. I asked whether the soup is ready or not. They said yes so I got their recommended Chicken pot pie soup. The taste was good but not really hot. It was cold morning so I wanted hot soup which can warm me up.
The staff were nice but one staff was on the phone with earbuds all the time. Didn't think it's professional.
The sale was delicious! Unfortunately they do NOT offer GLUTEN FREE options. However, everyone that I was with RAVED about the sandwiches, including the children.
Kids group of 25 people were turned away at Zburger near by at lunch time! Your shop took them in though and provided wonderful food and great ‘can do’ service. My son said it was the best sandwich ever! Thanks!
Always busy at lunch, but they get everyone through the line quickly. Generally friendly service with tasty subs and salads. Helps if you know what you want because sometimes when it’s busy they’ll start taking orders several customers deep into the line.
Sadly they were out of malt, but the plain chocolate shake was good and I love the little cookie!
Decent sandwiches, soups, and lunch type foods. Conveniently located right by Federal Center SW Metro station, very close to Congressional and other buildings downtown. Service was ok.
Sandwhich artists are top of the line it’s nice to see friendly crew members who know how to work well together and have fun.
I love their chicken salad sandwiches! I have one once a week as a special treat to myself!
Horrible experience! Poor customer service! First and LAST time at this restaurant at this location. Not if other places treat customers poorly like this place. People seemed that don’t care about working there. No “good vibes” as they have printed on their sack lunch. No substitutions were made to provide a full meal. Menu items were missing with the order. No apologies or any substitutions were offered.
