Rock Creek Park reviews
12My friends and I were visiting Washington and accidentally stumbled upon this park and it was a great place to visit. The fall scenery is beautiful and the sound of the stream is relaxing. And it's really a great place for sketching! You can find stunning compositions here at any time. The beauty of the scenery here doesn't even require any artistry. The air is fantastic and it's a great place to go if you want to run or do a hike. And along the road we found a lot of mushrooms, so if you like picking mushrooms, come here.
This photos was taken picnic grove #24. Its a amazing place with big play ground, tennis court, kids playground & also beautiful scenic view.
Not too crowded. Easy trail. Nice little escape in the middle of the chaos. Dog friendly. Saw a few horses also on the trails.
My best favorite and always clean place. Seen family, athletics people and the color of nature. The best of best
This place is a dreamland of green, an Elysium, an escape through which you may bicycle and savor the splendor of nature
Clean, peaceful and beautiful with plenty of hiking trails, places to ride PEVs, have a picnic etc.
Family owned. Nice range, not top of the line but if you want to get some swings in it will get the job done. Could use some newer mats
Beach Drive is my place of peace! Whether mountain or road biking, in the valley downtown or lost in the hills.it is my all time favorite place of power and peace!
Looks nice. Was watching the series Bones and was curious if the park they showed was real, so did some investigating. Looks similar, but not sure if it is the exact location. Looks like a nice place to visit, and might just do that one day on the future. Explore America. It’s huge and it’s beautiful!
I might be biased, but I prefer it over Central Park in NY and most other metro area parks. Not only does it have a ton of great public spaces with beautiful scenery, but some of the hiking trails will make you forget that you are in the middle of a major metro area.
Rock Creek Tennis Center is home to one of the greatest tennis tournaments on the east coast each August. The stadium is small so spectators watch the world's greatest tennis players from just a few yards away.
