Rose Park Pediatric Dentistry reviews
15We have seen Dr. Hill for our two boys dental needs since 2018. They have always had a lovely experience and I appreciate her setting the boys off on a great, gentle start with regard to dental care.
Dr. Hill is amazing! She speaks to kids in a playful, comforting way that eases fears they have of the dentist and helps them understand what she’s doing and why it’s important. I also appreciate that when my preschool-aged son is particularly scared or resistant to certain procedures, she is flexible in adapting her techniques in a way that calms him down but also allows her to do the tasks she needs to keep his teeth healthy. I can’t recommend Rose Park Pediatric Dentistry enough!
Dr. Hill is an amazing pediatric dentist. She has great rapport with children and makes each appointment fun and informative. Our children enjoy every visit. A sincere thanks Dr. Hill.
Steve D and family.
Lovely office. Wonderful staff. Clean, super friendly, easy to schedule, she is amazing with children.very educational experience for kids and parents. Highly recommend. Been seeing her for many years and had a happy kid after a filling and extraction.diff visits over the years!
Both of my sons, 4 years old and 2 years old see Dr. Hill for any dentistry issues and check ups, they are always happy to come to see Dr. Hill! Dr. Hill is absolutely amazing and very professional, we trust her with everything!
Great and friendly experience. The dentist instructs both kids and the parents on best teeth hygiene practices. And they also understand that kids will be kids and work with us on that. Happily recommend.
Dr. Hill is a wonderful dentist. She’s excellent with kids and explains everything perfectly. Both for kids and adults!
Rose Park Dentistry is wonderful. Dr. Hill is great with children and teaches them (as well as parents) healthy practices to maintain your teeth for as long as possible. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Hill made the whole appointment so fun and easy for my 3 and 5 year olds. They were so nervous before their appointments and ended up having a great time. Would definitely recommend her.
Warning to parents considering going to Dr Hill for their infant’s tongue tie and lip tie releases: Had an extremely traumatic experience as Dr Hill is not competent in tongue tie and lip tie releases and aftercare in infants. She carelessly ripped open my three month old’s healed wound to prove she was stretching it better than us. My baby’s wound bled profusely for 15 minutes as Dr Hill had just a stunned look on her face shocked at what she had done to our child. He bled so much he choked on his own blood. I petitioned The Breastfeeding Center to take her off their referral list, which is how I found her in the first place, and she has been taken off the list since the incident. What followed after this horrifying experience was a baby that was in pain, shock, and refusing the bottle and breast for two weeks afterwards. We were making so many strides in our feeding journey and Dr Hill made us take several steps back. My lactation consultant was horrified for us and couldn’t believe what Dr Hill did. When we went to our pediatrician she also was shocked that Dr Hill was even telling us that we needed to do stretches for five weeks when the most recent recommendation is only a week if even that. I write this in the hopes that no other parent and baby have to go through what we had to. I am so close to tears writing this having to relive it all.
UPDATE: In response to Dr Hill's response saying that "typically bleeding can occur during stretching at times during the first week of healing, " she also said that the level of bleeding my son was having was quote "abnormal" and that it should not be bleeding that much after I pressed on what was happening to my baby when she could not answer us (as any parent would after seeing their child be inflicted with unnecessary pain). Nothing about my review is false. It is factually accurate that Dr. Hill was taken off The Breastfeeding Center referral list due to her aggressive stretching. It is factually accurate my child bleed more than he should have as Dr Hill herself confirmed. It is factually accurate that our other professionals, our lactation consultant and pediatrician, were horrified with what happened to our baby given the wound was healing so well. We provided Dr Hill with more than enough respect given the circumstances. If it is disrepectful to leave her office in tears trying to comfort my unconsolable baby who is in pain, then please by all means call me disrespectful. Utterly appalled at Dr Hill's response to my review. It says everything that you need to know about her and her practice.
Such a great experience at Rose Park with Dr. Hill. She did everything possible to make sure my two year old was comfortable and happy. The entire office is designed with young children in mind. Couldn’t recommend her more!
We had our first visit here. It is awesome! We love it! Now my daughter is 3. Dr.hill is very patient and always keeps good energy on it!
My 3yo son loves Dr. Hill! When I told him we were going to see her, he said, “I love her! ” She makes the experience fun and exciting for kiddos and gives great tips to parents. Highly recommend her!
Dr. Hill came highly recommended by our pediatrician, and it’s easy to see why. Wish she took care of adults too!
Great experience! I loved the personal touch from the dentist. We are so happy someone recommended this office to us.
