Requested a prepaid shipping label to return my brand new phone for service. Samsung sent out an incorrect label. My last name was misspelled and had it going to Knoxville Tennessee and I live in Edenton NC Samsung is very unreliable and no one speaks English.this is a 1,000 phone. I will be sending a letter to Samsung and the BBB ASAP!

Samsung the worst company. Never buy their garbage scam home equipment like refrigerators and microwaves and washers etc.absolute trash products.

Increasing disappointment with product prices & quality Withholds product information Purchaser unable to make clear, concise, & informed decisions Inflated prices for accessories for highly fragile phones Customer service regurgitates anti-purchaser policies Do not recommend Samsung Shopping use to be fun now it's a pain in the a$$ Ex: samsang over rides my settings for theirs. First rate A$$Hole$ The five star ratings are obvious plants. The one is an outright advertisement. GFL.

Samsung sold me a refrigerator missing parts. I have been trying to get help for a month. Escalated complaint to president’s office and really felt they would help. Nope! The president’s office will not pay for the missing door seals so my brand new fridge works. No one cares. Shame on Samsung! Samsung spends their resources removing social media posts and not helping customers. My fridge has never worked and not one employee cares. Shame on all of you. Do not buy Samsung!
