San Antonio Bar & Grill reviews
14Horrible! Food was blah, waiter was stoned off the white, quesadilla had no cheese nor meat! Drinks full of ice. Bathroom disgusting! New management/ ownership has taken this place down and prices were outrageous for very little and dry!
The food was good and the service was also good. The food is authentic Mexican food and there are many options. Also the atmosphere is good with music and lots of people.
I was surprised the restaurant charged a 20% service fee for 2 people.
With the service charge, the bill was almost a hundred dollars.
I ordered Chicken tacos. We received microwaved tortillas with school seasoned chicken. I thought it was an authentic Mexican restaurant and I was hoping for a taste from home. But it feels like the food was colonized and assimilated.
I order the steak, Chicken fajitas it was delicious! Our bartender Eric has great personality.
Sometimes it’s a hit or miss over the pay years but one person I can say is Nelle. He is short, fast, hardworking and caring to all guest. He made sure I was okay even without being the main person to serve me. Nothing but smiles and movement. Thank you!
I chaperoned a group of students from a nearby school to San Antonio Grill yesterday. The staff at the restaurant were very accommodating to our students needs. The restaurant accommodated a student in a wheelchair. There were no stairs to enter and the restaurant was spacious enough for him to maneuver to a seat/space alongside his peers. The service was accurate and fast for our large group. Our server, Samuel, was extremely patient and kind. The students enjoyed chips, salsa, chicken tenders, quesadillas, burritos, burgers, fruit and fries. The staff enjoyed a variety of entrees and desserts as well. The students loved the food and had a wonderful experience overall. I would highly recommend San Antonio Grill to others and we definitely plan to return next school year!
Absolutely the best drinks an u can take food home an it still taste as good as it did in restaurant
The server, Louis was wonderful, however Im notbsure if he was nervous or not but he did mess our order up. At the end of the night when it came to the bill he said we had to pay all together and Ibwas like o not will not be doing that. I had 2 and a full course meal and my bill was $75. I bought it to his and he said that what I had 3 drinks and a meal, no appetizer or nothing. You will not be getting over on me, not to mention they charge 15% gratuity on my bill. Which brought the bill to $96 for 2 drinks and a meal. Watch your bill, pay attention or you will be paying more then what you had.
Now I have been eating here for a while I pick up food here sometimes and I have never ever had any issues but today I ordered first thing in the morning on door dash two trays of fish tacos a chicken fajita meal and apple in a basket (dessert) which came up to $80 and I found a baby roach at the bottom of my desert which was covered in apples (by the way) and made me sick to my stomach knowing the fact that this came from the kitchen means it is unsanitary and more then likely more roaches running around. So disappointed! Do better
The food was good. Not a very authentic Tex-Mex flavor, but overall the experience was enjoyable. The atmosphere was more for drinks and some food. A great place to gather for a low key, spur of the moment celebration.
Happy hour it's a great hour at this place! They're mega margaritas and other happy hour specials are great.
It’s a descent place to gather and eat. I do like their Cuban Sandwich. Growing up in South FLA and now living in DC there sand which compared to others here is descent and responsibly priced.
I also finally on my last visit got the tacos they were excellent.
