So delicious! Highly recommend the seafood salad! LOADED with crabmeat. People serving were extremely nice!

The crab cake, the shrimp, and hush puppies were out of this world! Don’t ask for the sauce……. I had to ask for more!

I enjoy a fish, shrimp, or mixed platter from Seafood Boss a couple times a month, along with my young son who LOVES the shrimp. It is always one of my favorite meals that week, especially the Shock-a-Boom Sauce with a hush puppy / fries mix. The sauce is so tasty that I get extra to eat with other meals or leftovers at home. And the platters are a solid amount of food that can lead me to skip dinner altogether!

I can't remember the last time I had fried shrimp this good. The breading is just the right consistency and the shrimp is as fresh as it gets. The fries and hush puppies are delicious, too.

I’m at 3 Star Brewery finishing a review. I get the good side eye from this food truck because I tapped every truck but hers. I looked at the menu, saw the many good folks in line, then smelled the seafood deliciousness…I’m in! LET’S GO!

Their Crab Cake…ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, doused in that Shockaboom sauce! YES!

Their Fried Fish…STAMP! Perfectly seasoned, & fried to perfection! I didn’t even need the hot sauce provided!

Their Fried Shrimp…STAMP! Fresh, large, and not overly cooked! Smack Smack!

Their Hush Puppies…STAMP! Again, no sauce necessary, just pure delightfulness in each bite!

Super clean and following Covid protocols to the tee!

This is some of the best seafood you will get in DC proper. I know, it’s a food truck! That says a lot about it. Literally been to 4-5 star restaurants in DC on the same level as this one! Also that is what happens when Maryland is so close and you serve crab cakes! If you’ve had Maryland crab cakes, your standards are HIGH! The crab cake has a consistency that melts in your mouth with a buttery crab taste. Lump crab. The fried shrimp, hush puppies and mozzarella sticks are heaven. So sad they are not in the same place everyday!

Fish platter was so good. I ate here when they were parked at 3 Star Brewing and the food was perfect pairing for the beer. The people who operate this truck are so friendly and provide great service. This is definitely a food truck you should eat at.

My husband and I love Seafood Boss! We always try to get a meal there when it is near us. It is a black owned/family owned small business and the people are so nice! The hush puppies and the special sauce are fire! I'm from Australia and lived in California before moving to DC. Their food is the only take out seafood I actually enjoy and crave in the US.

My wife and I ran across this place at a Halloween event at metrobar, this is some of the best damn seafood we’ve ever had! The special sauce is incredible and the family that runs it gives phenomenal service! We will definitely be back cannot recommend them enough!

Just was afforded the opportunity to try Seafood Boss when I got my booster shot at the N. Brentwood Comminity Center when and where they were located. How serendipitous!

I had the seafood combo, which was lightly breaded, lightly fried, and lightly seasoned. The fish was meaty and flavorful and the shrimp, fresh and butterflied. Fries were likewise. Oh, and that old-bay seasoned dipping sauce? Delish!

I will definitely seek them out again to see what else they might be serving up.

Incredible food, and supporters of the community. My wife and I got to see them at a vaccination clinic in our neighborhood. Kind, thoughtful, and skilled in the kitchen. Seek them out!

Outstanding customer service. You get your food in no time and they are very clean. The food is delicious! Especially their fries! You get a lot for what you pay for. It's a black owned business, and I believe it's a mom and her sons.

Chef Toni, Delonte and Marcus are all putting in that work to put out awesome food. We literally sat there and talked as more people gravitated towards getting some amazing food. They were down Adams Morgan vibing out and mingling with the people.

Gotta get there earlier for the crab cakes. But the hushpuppies, shrimp and fish did NOT disappoint at all. Make sure you get the Shockaboom sauce when you visit. Cause as good as Chef Toni is throwing down, that sauce takes it over the top

It always a pleasure I eat here all the time when the food truck comes nothing but a great experience I love this place.
