DO NOT COME HERE!
The “Dentist”, Dr. Jama does unethical work! She takes advantage of patients who simply don’t know any better! She is a nasty, embarrassing representation for Dentistry! DO NOT COME HERE!

Dr Jama is rude and will have you wait for an hour just to send a front desk staff to relay a message to you. Do not go there

I went to this location because I was able to get a groupon deal. While the services are cheap, I will not be returning.
1. I was told that an xray was required as a new client in order to be seen. While xrays area highly recommended, they are NEVER required. I have been to several new dentists and have declined xrays and was still seen.
2. The dentist never actually looked into my mouth. They only looked at the xray and told me that I needed a filling. I have ALWAYS had the dentist visually inspect my mouth. Them not coming to my chair to introduce themselves and look at me is highly unusual and suspicious.
3. It was relayed to me by the front desk that I had a cavity and required a filling. I have had fillings in the past and that dentist placed a pen like device on my teeth which gave him information to see if my teeth actually required a filling or not, as not all cavities require fillings.
The dentist at this practice is not providing individualized care and is indiscriminately telling people that they need unnecessary care.

This review is in regards to Dr Jama.

If i could leave ZERO stars, I would! There was a point where I wanted to be a patient here, however, my interactions so far with this location has been nothing but negative! I cannot believe that a doctor, a trained “professional” speaks to their staff with such nastiness. The work environment seems nothing but toxic and negative. You can hear screaming and shouting from the back as you wait to get attended. I cannot believe a doctor takes their anger out or whatever bad day they are having out on the staff! I do NOT recommend scheduling with Dr Jama! She does not take ownership of her actions, proceeds to argue and fight with her staff when performing dental procedures! Imagine having a doctor in your mouth, performing a procedure and yelling and creating a toxic environment for ALL. Please don’t NOT come here. If you do, schedule with someone other than DR JAMA! I hope to see a change soon, since this is not the first bad review or comment on her!

Dental office canceled appointment, that was setup for 2-family members weeks in advance, at the last minute. You're better off somewhere else.

I believe everyone experience is valid. I personally had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The young lady at the front kindly explained that they were a bit short staffed and that my appointment would be just a little delayed (like most practices). My dental insurance were pulled prior to my visit only thing i needed to show was my referral and ID.once i was taken to the back My X-Ray process was very smooth the staff was reassuring as it was my first time getting my teeth removed. The doctor was so awesome! Quick and comforting.the procedure was painless and efficient.i’m on day 2 after procedure and already feel very comfortable with my wisdom tooth removal no pain! I’m very happy that i chose to have a dental service here. No medical practice is perfect but kindness and care will make a huge difference in experiences.i hope all the ladies who work there receive positive grace from life and remember they are making a huge difference for people

Arrived for my 10: 00 am appointment and the doors were locked although the sign said they opened at 9: 30 am. I called multiple numbers, including the managers, and no one answered. I waited a while week for someone to call me back and apologize to me for wasting my time and that did not happen. When I called today, the receptionist was unapologetic and just said “we had to close”. She asked me if I wanted to rebook, but why would I with that level of unprofessionalism?

I would recommend another dental office. This dental office is inconsiderate. They do not value the patients time. This dental office wants to be in control.

Went to get a regular teeth cleaning appointment. Waited an hour and a half before I was called back. What's the point of making an appointment if I'm going to be seen when y'all are good and ready? Do my X-rays notice that you have no privacy in that place. Then I go back to the waiting room until they have a seat ready for me in the back. A lady comes and says to me a need an extraction would I like to do it today. I agreed because I'm thinking it's just one. I sign the paperwork while she is working on someone two seats over. No privacy whatsoever! She comes to numb my mouth never explained which tooth or why. Well she starts and I'm telling her I can feel this and I'm in pain. She is just like open wide im almost done. Then I noticed that while doing all of this she has headphones in listing to music I guess. So she tells me she got it then proceeded to go on the other side. Once again not fully numb I feel everything! She seems to get frustrated because Im squirming around in the chair due to pain. At some point I'm literally in tears due to the pain that didn't bother them one bit. Then she goes to stitch the area up and I feel everything she was very rough with it. I was never given any extra gauze to go home with. No pain medication was given. No paperwork explaining nothing. They are not professional. They have zero concern for the patient. I won't be going back.

Oh and let's not forget that receptionist who seems to hate her job so much.

This was the worst experience I've had with a medical professional. I didn't have high hopes from the beginning because I had to stalk the line just to get someone to answer the phone to make my appointment. So going in I only wanted my teeth cleaned. I wanted to take my time after this to find a dental clinic that I actually love.

So i came in time for my appointment, but had to wait an hour to be called back. While waiting I wentto the bathroom and was shocked that there was no working lock on the door and no soap.
Once i was finally called back I told the staff that I did not want x-rays, only a cleaning. They said up front that she'll refuse to do the cleaning without x-rays. Why?

So she finally came over herself and said I'd need to sign a paper stating that I didn't want x-rays. Ok. Cool. I signed the paper and she checked my mouth and said I'd need to pay 160 extra for a deep cleaning. I said just do the regular cleaning. She said no. Only a deep cleaning.

I floss and brush 3xs a day. I don't need a deep cleaning. This was obviously about money. I'm so glad I refused the x-rays because she cannot be my dentist. The whole time her attitude was terrible like I was wasting her time.

I pay for insurance to be able to go to a dentist that won't make me feel like I'm begging for your help. Retrain the front office staff, fix the bathroom and find a better way to make your goal for the day other than finding trumped up charges for potential clients. Watching you tell another older man that he needs this same deep cleaning was atrocious! He was so upset! What are you doing? !

As for anyone thinking about coming here. Don't. The office is run for people that have no choice but to go here. Shame on you for what you're doing.

The worst dentist I ever been to. You're waiting more than an hour just to sit in the back and wait more. They do not prioritize their patients and have zero customer service. A bunch of women not doing anything but talking. STAY AWAY!

Went in as a walk-in for severe tooth pain. Waited in the waiting room for about 20/30 minutes. And had to wait an additional 30 minutes once in the back to be treated. The wait time wasnt an issue considering I was a walk-in and I had to be squeezed in between their scheduled appointments. I ended up getting a root canal and two extractions. The dentist was fast with completing everything. For the most part I'm satisfied with the services rendered.
