Succeeds at its goal: creates a lovely 3rd place environment. They stay true to bracing human connection as the staff chats with and gets to know their regulars and new customersbwithout sacrificing service. Sometimes at night they seem a bit distracted, but I think that's because they just aren't provided approoriate labor hours. That's not the baristas fault; they are doing the best with what they have.

Fun Fact: this location was covered in episode 237 of This American Life. I popped in after hearing about it in the back catalog. It's a Starbucks.decent, predictable coffee.

Typical Starbucks. Heavy traffic. Friendly staff. Couple of seating areas. I do wish there were more plugs accessible, so you can charge cellphone, computer, etc.
