13Too many employees working behind the counter. One cashier and another for the walk-up window. Apparently, cashier did not pay attention to specific orders. Had to wait 20 minutes for pastries that don't need to be warmed/heated.
My daughter got th vanilla bean frappe which she loves and I got my self a trenta dragon mango fruit drink which is my all time favorite. The place was clean. People wore masks.
Rachel has to be one of the most unpleasant baristas. Of course I want you to hand me my hot food even if my drink isn’t ready yet. I want my food while it’s hot. If I wanted it cold, I would have ordered it cold not “warmed. ” Thanks! I shouldn’t have to come up to you and ask for it when I just saw you toss my food on the counter. Please learn to be professional. What’s better is you speaking to the barista next to you, as she makes eye contact with me and shakes her head. Lovely service lol very grown up

***Heads up**** Read a few of the 1 star reviews before you go. The vibe in there from the staff.particularly from 2 ladies was super condescending. Almost judgemental. After reading a couple of the 1 star reviews? I'm no longer surprised. I was going to give a detailed review. But instead I just won't go back. Just make sure you read a couple of the 1 star reviews first so you can be aware.
Super nice staff. They made me that brown sugar oatmilk coffee thing hot which apparently is a sin in other countries. Cool. We all going to hell!
I love this starbucks! Such nice staff members and good drinks! My only bad experience with Starbucks is when they made my drink taste too strong.otherwise it's good!:)

I have never had a big problem with any of my drinks at this location. The staff are very polite and patient. One thing this location excels at is their covid safety polices. There is not a lot of people inside of the store, and they use the outside window to help costumers get their drinks. I have seen them going to constantly wash their hands.
It seems a little unfair that Starbucks should serve beverages that cause the NEED to use the toilet, but then not allow patrons to USE the toilet.
We ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate and were given a salted caramel mocha hot chocolate when my mom is Mormon and does not drink coffee. Then the barista gaslighted us and said mocha is just chocolate syrup. However, I am aware that mocha is chocolate and coffee and that is not what we ordered. I have never gotten a correct order at this location.
Our food and drinks are always up to par at this location. Our favorite barista Mina is very hospitable kind and caring.
This Starbucks on Chevy Chase Circle area has a walk up window for pickups. They also have well taped outdoor seating. For this pandemic, it's really doing a great job. Thank you, Starbucks!
