Starbucks, Washington DC

Today I ordered on online 1 banana walnut & 1cheese danish around at 4: 25 pm. My pick up time was 4: 31 pm. I went there at 4: 35pm, but door was locked. I saw one black guy inside but he didn’t respond me.

This Starbucks was extremely slow, lots of drinks to make and the employees were just standing around. The person who made my drink spilled the coffee and cream all over the cups and handed it to me like that. Didn't even care to clean the mess up on the counter he made after passing me my drink. Was standing around talking just unbelievable that this is how they treat the customers. Over all the managers really needs to coch her team on better customer service and quicker clean work.

If you attend GW or are one of the many workers around, this spot is great. Not only do they service a plethora of personalities consumer wise, they communicate well too. I felt welcome by the few staff that allow such a great atmosphere to flourish. One stands above all. A young man named Tyrique. Taking care of patrons with patience. I don't know how many times I came to this store, just to hear a crazy til tok order and him kill it with a smile. I've seen this young man maintaining orders in the AM and exquisite execution in the PM. I was surprised he's not a supervisor. Overall good job, I'll continue with them

The worse ever Starbuck that I stopped by
You need to change your employee’s or close the shop
If continued doing that will be bringing bad impressions to the big franchise

The service can be questionable. They make the drink and they are super busy! Sometimes they roll and eye or mean mug but they mean well ‍️
