Starbucks, Washington DC

I went in for coffe on a busy sunday morning and the staff was so sweet and nice i though i lost my bank card and couldn’t pay for coffe but the manger just told the cashier to move the line & told me take my time while i find my cards money ect she was very nice she said her name was shorty the team was dancing & smiling really made my day because it was a terrible morning i will be returning for the dupont store

Very poor service today.

We came in for a meeting, and the internet wasn’t working, not a very huge deal. But the guy named Tay at the register clearly was yelling and annoyed when I came to ask about a refund for my drink…. Literally I only ordered a drink to use the Wi-Fi…. Line looked long, and team seemed understaffed and overwhelmed with the volume. I got the sense that The cashier Tay was only worried about moving the line and not making the best interaction with each transaction! Moving fast, but not creating an experience to actually make guest want to come back.manager on duty came down… short, collared shirt, who’s always wearing the big hat? Very rude and nasty! When I told her I would contact management? She said “tell them we said heyyyyyyyyyy” in a sarcastic tone!

The vibe is so right in this Starbucks. I come here all the time and it just has the friendliest sweetest most accommodating staff of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. + great music.

I dont ever right bad reviews but since place deserve it. I barely even get starbucks. Ask for "No ice" and they gave me half of the cup. I asked why politely, they stated cause i said no ice. So you mean i have to pay for half a cup? I ordered a grande with no ice. Therefore i should get a full of cup of what i got with no ice. Im no karen but getting half a cup of what you ordered seem disrespectful.

When I walked into this Starbucks, I was immediately greeted by every staff member in the store. Unlike every other Starbucks I have been to in this area, the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful worked quickly to fulfill my order. Tye, “Shorty”, Imani and Annadi (please pardon misspellings), were AMAZING, so much so that we had to leave a review and email corporate to tell them that this Starbucks is a standout location on a Saturday morning. Keep doing what you’re doing, and Happy New Year!

Very well located right at the center of Georgetown waterfront. Grab your hot fresh coffee before enjoying a nice walk along Potomac.

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks. This one is good by the chain's standards. They move pretty quickly, and get you in and out in short order. Staff is friendly. They have an odd "exit only" door in the back that for some reason only open inward. It's a trendy location, so be prepared for trendy coffee people.

This Starbucks had friendly staff but I could not get past how loud the music was. Drowning out the loud music was impossible as I could hear the music through my ear phones clearly from upstairs and I was downstairs. Definitely not a place to go to for a cozy sit down with coffee/tea. Staff said they could not control music level.

Service is always great, but I've placed way too many online orders where I have arrived at the store and been told they were actually out of those items.

I like this location but it's so freacking cold in here all the times and the restroom water is so cold. I don't know what the Manager doing!

Great place right by Dupont Circle. Employees have only messed up our order once and they seem to have fun once in awhile after handling crowds of people. I understand the need for bathroom codes to keep unpaying patrons out, but they still need to cleaned.

I like this place. It has second floor so there are lots of seats. If you go here early morning, sometimes, you can't go up stairs.

It's a normal Starbucks. There isn't much more to report as you can't really mess it up besides being a horrible barista. Not sure what you're looking for here in the reviews but I hope you've had a great day and find what you're looking for.
