I love the hot chocolate. Great customer service. If I didn't have to work, I would stay there all day until they close.

First of all the counter staff was polite unfortunately the individual a male was very rude. He kept mopping so close to my feet I suggested that I move as I was in the middle of eating and drinking. After I completed eating my two crossaunts and a dragon drink, I headed for the rest room. The I urgently needed to use the restroom but he refused to permit me to use it.
His excuse was that he had already washed the seats. Now it was 6: 12 pm. The place closed at 7: 00 pm. I explained that I really needed to go after drinking the liquid. Still he refused. As a senior I felt humiliated and sad. I rushed to the nearby Macy’s and found a restroom that was being cleaned but the person cleaning graciously permitted me to use the toilet! I explained to her what happened. She said she would want someone to do that to her or any of her senior family members.
This guy was nasty and a bit hostile as if I were going to keep him from completing his job. As I said before I felt humiliated and disrespected! I patronize Starbucks a lot as does my daughter who introduced me to it I won’t go to that one and I hope others won’t be treated in such a manner as this young man treated me!

I usually get a venti caramel crunch frappuccino extra dark caramel and extra shot of expresso extra caramel drizzle with almond milk and it is the smoothest tasting frappuccino that you can taste! And this location ALWAYS makes it correctly

Not enough seating area and the wait for the beverages was quite long. Good nitro cold brew and friendly staff.

Terrible service.rude and unprofessional staff.kept me for 30 minutes and didnt do my order

My Day srartes after a coffee and these staff here are really nice. This Starbucks was great and friendly staff. They serve fast in drive through and they are maintaining the place very nice. They have outdoor dine in as well.the place was nice and peaceful. I prefer going to this location again and again.

I had to wait along time and I can understand that if they are busy, but what I don't understand is why they don't hand you your food. They put it in a pile at the end of the counter and you must dig through other people's orders to find yours.

The location was not clean and the staff were oblivious or simply didn't care. The coffee was overpriced and mediocre.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been. The store is full of garbage and floor is dirty. Very rude staff when I visited on 10/9/2022, at 4 pm. They didn’t call my drink after a long wait, and when i asked them why, they said that i was busy! They also refused to give me a cup of water when I asked for.

At this specific Starbucks the attendants are very sweet. Smiley and friendly. It was a pleasure.

1st visit here at this location. My chicken caprese sandwich was delicious. The service was fine.

Nice New location introduced 2 Me. I found the ice cubes fascinating so I took a pic & am now sharing it with you all.

Disappointing service, our barista couldn't have been less interested so our drinks were both awful.
