19Nice location but mobile orders mean NOTHING here. It doesn’t matter if you order 20 minutes in advance (seriously), they were always almost sold in store. I actually had to ask if they even received my order, at which she went to the mobile order station, there were about 8 labels that printed out that they hadn’t began working.

Location is very convenient. It's welcoming, batista are friendly and drinks are perfect.
I loved the atmosphere. It was comfortable and modern.
A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place.
This location gets 5 stars for my drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, hot beverage sleeve thingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that). I ordered my drink extra hot and I got what I asked for.
The team was working really well together and the short line showed that. Fine job. Extra points for a really friendly staff here.
The place is Starbucks upgraded- not just the standard furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. Nice place. Parking near here is going to be a challenge though. Restroom was clean and in good order.

I’m so upset with the service they offer because they don't know how to treat people. They should give some values and not discriminate people because of their language.
Ordered large drink half was whip cream. Asked them to fix it got it back with 1/4 whip cream. Waited on my food for 30 mins and was finally told after I asked that it was sold out. After I watched 3 people who orders after me receive the same food. They also never have any breakfast sandwiches.
This is a great Starbucks, lots of room inside with places to sit. And plenty of places to plug in a charger. Service was fast and friendly. And the location is excellent!
I've been going to this store for about 3 weeks now. There are some great associates working here but unfortunately there are some others that aren't great at all. For instance I went there on Sunday evening and the cashier was super slow. So I said something about it to my friend who was with me at that time. However, that was not really the issue, the issue is that this cashier tried to be funny and wrote my name wrong on purpose even the barista noticed that and called him out on that one. He grinned and said yes I know I did it on purpose. I don't think that was funny at all so I asked him what was my name to which he replied with my correct name. I do like this store and I tip every time because I feel for them. I tip for their hospitality. There are two cashiers that are awesome! (Two Ladies in morning time, I don't remember their names, though if you've been there before then you know who I'm talking about). I don't mean for this guy to get fired or anything but I strongly believe that he should be disciplined to align his behavior according to Starbucks standards or be moved to a different station where his behavior doesn't affect the guest experience. (The cashier spoke Spanish) but we kept the conversation in English, of course.
I’ve been coming here weekly since it opened and love this location. They are adequately staffed, adequately stocked, and consistently make drinks correctly as ordered, Staff always has good communication skills. Location is clean, comfortable and welcoming.
Bad experience. I was at Starbucks yesterday, I found equipment that, for being in a prime location, would have an excellent service, I went at 8 pm there were no employees at that time, people work in a bad mood, many strong ones, the need for such a time dirty area, I respect whoever is looking they bought it as drinks, I bought a mocha but it tasted more like coffee than mocha, I've done the company in countries and definitely this part of that taste of coffee not mocha, I already have I made the company in the country and definitely this part, this taste of the coffee not in the mocha is the best, I've tried several Starbucks in DC but I can't find one that is of good quality, it has the same problem of attention and respect with the consumer.drinks I can find anywhere, but I think Starbucks in the US sells the coffee experience. I've studied the company and I know it can be more. Starbucks should change its planning and functional organization, employees are there to work and pass on the Starbucks experience, they are not at home to treat the place as if it were their home. The empress should be stricter and demand respect from employees to consumers.
I would describe this Starbucks as slow, inefficient, and having a lack of customer service. People were waiting for 10-15 for regular and ice coffees. They were sitting drinks down without calling out names and 3 employees were just talking behind the counter while I was standing there waiting to order. The reasons for 2 stars is when we finally got our order they tasted good.
What a cool Starbucks! Obviously, amazing location at the wharf but on top of that it has unique seating and a cool vibe. There’s a stage (for live music, I presume?) and lots of comfortable seating indoors and tons of outdoor seating as well. Will definitely be back to this one!
They're so rude here. I kindly asked a question if uber cash and rewards accepted here and one of batista said "we just opened, why would we have that? " Laughing and mocking. They weren't even busy to be rushing and dismissing me. It's starbucks so I'm sure the behavior will go uncorrected.
They are always pleasant and friendly. Always greet you when you walk in even when they’re pre occupied. This location is quickly becoming one of my favorites because they make my drink perfectly!

This is possibly the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. There's no order to how they make drinks and they leave half finished drinks on the counter. We got our first drink in 5 minutes and the second 15 minutes later. When I asked about our second drink (which was sitting half finished on the counter), the barista was rude and didn't do anything to fix the problem. The second barista I asked was much nicer and finished it for us. If you go here, plan accordingly.
I get that it takes time to set up a new establishment, but this place is bad. I have never gotten a drink made correctly, and when I’ve (politely, I’m not a Karen) asked the baristas to add a bit more of x, or say it doesn’t taste right, they’ve been extremely rude. I see people handing back drinks left and right. Also- the “gift cards” they’ve been giving out when an item is out of stock or incorrect etc, are bogus and don’t actually have money on them (several people have had the same experience). I really hope this place gets better.
It hurts my Starbucks loving heart to place this 1star, but enough is enough this is the fourth mobile order in a week that has been wrong. I shouldn’t have to turn my car around to go back and get it corrected. There is no way a venti quad with only non fat milk should look like eggnog come on!
On another note that’s positive; the staff is great. Atmosphere is always friendly and upholding to the Starbucksian culture
I love this store. Ima regular. Crew is AIl friendly. Live. And makes the best drinks. Tye is my smiles always a big one and I also enjoy eden she's a vet
My favorite one to go to! The staff is always so welcoming. They really try to remember names and faces. Even if the homeless who come in for water. They seem to handle the flow of traffic well too, even when busy. Hands down the most pleasant Starbucks I’ve been to!
I don’t understand the behavior of some employees! Some are simply not costumer oriented. The only effort they put is on their smartphones while working. Glasses boy completely uninterested in being helpful or friendly, after all it’s not his business. If the costumer doesn’t comeback his payment in end of the month is the same. The one not coming back to this SB is me and my family for sure.
