Starbucks, Washington DC

5 star. Some of the nicest folks in the city. Every time I go there they are super nice and efficient. Good spot.

Am very disappointed about my coffee it’s so wrong
I ordered Vt pistachio crm large and she said it’s going to be cold brew, I was like would it have a big deference she was like no
And I end up getting the coffee
And it was bad and I needed the coffee so I can stay active for the night sheft works am not coming to this Starbucks a gain
So sad

I came in and ordered, no one was is line no tickets printed. I ordered only a croissant and the ladies were talking amongst each other and it took them 10-15mins to warm my croissant after me having to ask if it was almost ready

Never been to a better Starbucks. Vibes were immaculate & all the employees deserve everything good in life.

Great service; need to do a better job of keeping restrooms cleaned & stocked w/toiletries.

Coffee was extremely watered down. Tasted like pure milk 6 dollars wasted. The sandwich I got had cold ham towards the middle as if it wasn’t fully toasted.

This is a great place to relax with family, light business meeting or just simply to handle some work stuff away from home. The staff are kind and the atmosphere is very cozy.

The employees were not in sync. They had no change so I had to use my card even though I did not want too. The bathroom was disgusting it looks like it had not been cleaned today. I don’t come this way often but I will never stop here again. Coffee was so so.

Went in to looking for something different. Server gave me a suggestion for a blended Pineapple Passion Fruit Lemonade with Strawberry puree. I added extra sweetner. Very good.

As usual, my only stop to Starbucks today is a Venti Java Chip Frappuccino-I drink packaged Starbucks brand coffee from home daily.

This is a five star operation, and I'm not mad that today's visit was opportunistic. The yound Barista (spelling) needs additional training. He does not use measurements, he just pours or dumps ingredients. I watched him as he made drinks, confusing himself constantly. He would pour an ingredient, but the blenders were in use, so he would pour small portions out of the cup, back into the original container. He dumped ingredients instead of the usual spoon full measurement. Behaviors that I watched immediately indicated that he was new.

All told my drink was less favorable than desire. It was milkshake quality, not Frappuccino splendid.

I visited the store 7/28 at 4: 15. Please provide the youth the Starbucks training he deserve.

I am forever a patron, and I feel strongly inexperience was the culprit. MANAGERS, WATCH WHAT YOUR NEW STAFF MEMBERS ARE DOING, AND PROVIDE THEM THE TRAINING TO CONTINUE THE BEST COFFEE AND BEVERAGE THAT RANKS YOU THE BEST.

I'm not mad I'll be back again and again.

This Starbucks is always clean but the employees are very disorderly & rude I work at Starbucks myself and I came in to get a drink I wasn’t even greeted it was 12 an they were saying they were closed! How? This isn’t how Starbucks conducts themselves as a company.

The credit card machine almost never works and you cant pay with cash unless its exact cash. This particular location does not follow the deals/discounts of the month.ex. 50% of iced drinks in July on Tuesday - I was told you can't get that at this location. Its never busy here (probably a reason for that), which could be a plus if you order through the app. I live in walking distance, so I tried coming here multiple times. Its worth driving to a different location.

The store itself is solid with 5/5 service - up to SBX's good standards. However, I'm deducting 2 stars because the shopping center it's in has bad traffic congestion around busy times (lunch and rush hour). Going during a busy period could mean it takes you 10-12 min to get back out to the main road versus 1-2 min. I really dislike this shopping center, not this Starbucks. VERY poor planning on the part of the developer or property management co.of this shopping center. I HATE THIS SHOPPING CENTER BECAUSE OF THE POOR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT.
