The barista was very unprofessional and made the wrong order several times. Every morning from 9: 00 to 11: 00, the barista ignores you, has a bad attitude, and often changes new people. As a neighbor, I was in a bad mood.very bitter, no milk taste

This Starbucks is very unreliable. They take a lot of "breaks", so there is often no one working. Also, a couple baristas literally just ignore you. I'm not confrontational so last time after 5+ minutes of just standing there with her playing a game on her phone I coughed, and her response was "oh are you coughing so I hear you? " while continuing to play. Best bet is to go to the one at Renaissance Hotel

Definitely the worse Starbucks experience, the barista is not professional, rude and inefficient. Hope the management sees all these reviews and take steps to improve the service

The last five times I have been here, they can’t make my drink. They’re out of ice, out of syrup, out of chai. Like, come on. Once is understandable, but if I can’t get a literal iced coffee? So dumb.

If you order you will get yelled at. Lots of attitude and not enough inventory. Nobody in line and it’s a struggle for 2 people to get 1 hot tea. What a waste.

Just walked a half mile out of the way to get to this location because it’s supposed to be open until 8pm. It’s 7: 30 and they are apparently closed. However, the barista wouldn’t even acknowledge us when we asked if they were still open, so who knows? Maybe they were open but just refusing to serve?

I’m surprised this location is still open. I’ve been a regular customer to Starbucks and each time I go there I have to wait 10+ min to see if the barista gets there or not. They usually take break any time they want, I don’t know how they paying people just to have their store closed and they taking their time talking on phone or smoking cigarettes outside the building. Worst customer services if I could give a 0 star I would, Poor management it seems no one is in charge of this place.

They seem stressed, disorganized and overworked. Those might be possible catalysts for their consistent poor behavior and communication skills.

Unreliable. I have been coming here afternoons and evenings at different times during working hours over a couple of weeks, to be met with the response “I am not open” “no coffee I am tired” or simply, and so frequently, it is ‘closed, ’ hours before closing time.

The lady working this morning was horribly rude and even when she saw me and made eye contact, decided to not help and ignore me saying excuse me. The service from this Starbucks has been terrible every time I have gone and it has been so bad that I came on here to write a review. Please consider changing the baristas because the ones working right now are absolutely not up to par with starbucks workers from other stores. I am horrified by the disrespect I was met with upon arrival.

Rudest people work there. When you ask for coffee it’s like you are asking them for a favor. Most drinks they claim that can’t make. They really don’t like doing much there.

Barista cheating people out of everything she can!

I went to Starbucks this morning just to get a tea. The barista had a written sign saying “on break” while she talked on the phone to various friends. I sat there 30 min to wait until she was done. Nothing. No helping. She continued to talk on her phone and ignored everyone that attempted to order something. Silly me thinking I could get a drink from Starbucks on a Sunday morning at 11am. I’m convinced she’s keeping that sign up abs ignoring people until her shift is done because she said multiple times to her friends on the phone that she was supposed to be off at 11am.
