Amazing staff in the face of incredible demand at breakfast. Drinks are always hot, taste great and prepared well.

A classic Starbucks. Dependable since high school. Always able to park in that tiny lot somehow.

I came in here and bought a drink, and was told that the restroom was out of order. Immediately after being told this an employee gave a restroom key to another gentleman. When I asked him why I couldn’t use the restroom he said it was policy and I explained to him that the policy didn’t make any sense but he did not care. It is inhumane and disrespectful to lie to someone to their face which is what happened. Clearly the restroom was available because the gentleman gave someone a key right in front of me.

They do this all the time: not announcing my drink and then placing it amongst the ONLINE ORDER PICKUP drinks so I have to go digging and touching other peoples drinks to look at the label.

This has been one of my usual go-to location for about the past six months. Everytime that I've come in here the staff have always been on point. Quality and speed of service are some of their best attributes here. The only downside to this particular location compared with others, is that they do close somewhat early. I arrived here in a Saturday at 8pm sharp, and they were already closed. The are open on Sundays and I've passed a couple of Sundays here doing some work. They're really cognizant about people who come here to work, and they try maintain the music volume at an ideal level for that. Overall this is a pretty decent Starbucks location.

10s across the board! A few years back it was a struggle when it came to mobile ordering. The new STAFF are on there game. I appreciate the hot and ready drink and the Good Morning Marlow! Its the little things that make me come back again and again and again!

Service was completely fine. Nice workers there. But the bathroom was out of service and it's a busy city block outside so that almost made my bladder burst

Thanks to whoever hired some new people who are nice! My old office was in this building and I loathed ever getting coffee here due to the insane rudeness of the staff. It was over the top and borderline hostile, which I never understood. None of my staff or I ever placed complex or crazy orders, or were ugly- but they would go from fawning over regulars and asking about their families to glaring daggers at us.

It’s great to be able to come here again.

This waitress was so mean & discriminating, I was there to meet someone but she was rude. I decided not to buy anything because of how condescending she was. Shame!
