Starbucks, Washington DC

Usually in and out in 10mins but I had to wait 30 mins just for them not to heat my ham and Swiss on baguette. I watched the lady heat at least 15 different items after my sandwich was giving while leaving my sandwich on the counter. They have no regard to customers time or customer service at all.

Love my ice ️. You can't go wrong with a morning or afternoon eye opener from Starbucks.

It's close to the Howard campus and attached to the bookstore so VERY convenient for the students. The staff are helpful and friendly most of the time, their coffee and snacks -well go without saying. Yum

Service was slow as less staff was there to handle the customers. The place is relatively small as compared to other places.

My roommate and I will out of our way to go to this Starbucks because the service is so great. Every barista and staff member at the Howard U Starbucks location is kind, outgoing, and passionate about their job. Orders are always correct and ready within minutes. Highly recommend

This Starbucks has been in the community for years! I love coming in! Thanks to all.polite and friendly! I know the wait time is a little more than expected.they are getting it! As with the signature coffee. Fresh, hot and delish!

Terrible customer service. Cashier seemed like she couldn't wait to be rid of me. In fact, her attitude came across as being affronted to even work there. Worse still, I clearly specified my desire to redeem stars for my purchase, yet she charged my card.

Supper slow, never waited this long to get a cafe late, almost 30 min from when I placed the order by phone.

Horrible customer service.front desk worker had an attitude about mask coverage while simultaneously having both of her entire nostrils sticking out of her mask.no gloves were worn either.this personally wouldn’t be a problem if she didn’t jump down my throat about mask coverage.i find the front desk worker to be extremely hypocritical and odd.you must have a good attitude when working customer service, i assumed that was pretty obvious and common sensical.

Music was a little too loud for studying, nice and clean. Didn't see chai on the menu. They must have it though. My hot chocolate was fine and the staff was nice.

This Starbucks always gets my order wrong. PSA: People order non-dairy / lactose-free milk often because they are allergic to lactose, not because they prefer oat milk. This will be gifted to my homeless neighbors because I don't waste.

All Starbucks work toward that friendly, neighborhood vibe but this one is by far my favorite. They are not just nice but truly kind. They have managed to keep that way even through the pandemic. Which is all even more impressive when you consider that this Starbucks serves a neighborhood, a university, and a hospital. Tip well! They deserve it!

My daughter ran in there for two drinks and it took 20 minutes from her to enter and depart the Starbuck's doors. Maybe another location is justified within a 3 mile radius to ease the rush hour stress of this location.

As all college campus locations, it was crowded but slowly moving along filling orders without any mistakes. #SupportHoward
