Starbucks, Washington DC

Starbucks grand Hyatt DC was one of the best store. But for me it has gone to one of the worst.

I make the same order that I have been getting for years. Chai tea latte with extra pump of chai and no water. Lately when I have gone there I have received a half of cup of water in my latte.
I pay 6 dollars for a chai tea latte not chai water that is so bad that I can't drink it.

I know they have changed people not sure what is going on but I have decided that I no longer want to pay for chai water.
I will no longer be going to that store.

Is a classic one but I love the service of the Rockville one, the environment, people working on their business and yes, the coffees are always great too.

Waited 20 minuted after I ordered for my order when it's not even busy, and they got my order wrong.

Worst Starbucks ever! All the workers look frustrated high or upset the girl running floor looked angry like she was fed up with the workers the 1 with the twist then some guy at the register who's always holding up the line telling us his name and asking about rewards. I just want my coffee thanks this store has low moral workers who act like they don't care, I go to others Starbucks and it's a welcoming atmosphere not here everyday same thing and I'm done with patronizing this store!

I have only had one rude batista. He wasn't much of a talker, and rolled his eyes a bit; but don't let that discourage you, all of the other baristas have been phenomenal. All of our drinks have been really good and made in under 5 minutes.

Reliable and convenient location. Coffee was good. There was a giant fly my top of my food bag. Didn't touch my sandwich but it was gross to see. This was on the to go orders area.

The barista was very rude and the drink they made was the worst Starbucks drink I have ever had in my life. It wasn’t made as per the description.

They were very crowded, but efficient and friendly. I ordered a drink with modifications, and they got it right and did it quickly. No complaints!

I ordered a Venti Coffee Caramel Macchiato. It only tasted like milk and not like coffee. I also ordered a focaccia which wasn't available when I arrived.

Service was good - but I ordered a cold brew in my reusable mug. The girl used a plastic cup to measure out the coffee to put into it.what is the point of bringing my cup anyways? I could have ordered ahead 20 minutes before waiting in a long line if I knew a plastic cup was going to be used and thrown away (not recycled). I feel like these things need to be called out for those trying to be sustainable.

Donald is the most friendly cashier ever! Thank you for the ️️️️️ service! Starbucks is lucky to have you!

Absolutely terrible branch, 7 employees with a 2 drink output per 10 minutes - no sense of urgency with a line 10 deep

$3.85 for a kids hot chocolate and the cup filled to 6 oz. Starbucks - oh what a RIP OFF you are!

Wish I could give it no stars very rude staff, said they could not warm up anything this was 15 before they closed and said their ovens trim off automatically which seems insane they blame corporate for their ovens not working 30 minutes prior closing

Slow servers. 700am and they don't have any drip coffee made.
Yesterday they had a line so long that it extended outside and their employees walked as they were high. They moved in slow motion and made many drink order errors.
Pathetic and embarrassing for a Starbucks located in the Grand Hyatt. The Hyatt should get rid of Starbucks and put another coffee shop here.

The staff here is so nice! Such a welcoming environment plus they're so fast, even when it's busy.
