13Everytime I come here I never get a smile from the baristas and they never ask me what my name is. They don’t realize people come to Starbucks for an experience. The short Spanish looking girl with glasses and reddish hair had an attitude. Don’t work that job if you don’t want to be there. Everyone else’s name was called except for mine. Please be more consistent in asking for everyone’s name.
Out of all the Starbucks I've ever been to or even heard about, this is the best one.
Below standards Starbucks, no comfortable seating, food unappealing.
Good private parking though
Your prices for coffee in DC is twice the amount that I pay in Calvert County. Starbucks should be the same all over. I was not please paying twice for 4 cups and only get 2 cups.
Hours say they open at 6.6: 10 and this store is still not open. Stop wasting people's time.

Smelled like urine a few times, bathrooms were gross, usually loud and crowded. The baristas are nice though!
Would recommend doing yourself a favor and walking a few steps further down the sidewalk to Janti Cafe, which is a chill local cafe with amazing Turkish pastries and coffee if you're not in a rush!
Ordered a dragon drink, received practically straight coconut milk. Please teach your baristas how to correctly make the drinks they are paid to make.

The ladies in the morning are all bright-eyed and extremely friendly and professional. They are very busy location, and even with that, you always see the crew smiling and courteous as well. I recommend this coffee house location for sure.
Trash location, tell corporate to send a trainer to show them how to make/shake a drink.you have to shake iced matchas, this my second order same issue
