The staff are constantly striving to impress and get to know you, the morning crew is fabulous.

Grabbed a coffee and a tea with a friend. We had great conversation while sitting in the outside area.

Kuddos to the cashier for viewing a picture of a drink and recreating our order. We enjoyed this delicious vente Strawberry Acai Lemonade by Twon. Straight sugar overload!

Great services and friendly, Iove going here (becuz) coffee always fresh and hot, besides one barista lady is very rule with me getting my refill cup

These people have the best customer service ever! Super sweet and will take the time out of their busy morning to say good morning and chat with you. My drinks are ALWAYS made perfect and to the T which I appreciate so much. I love their energy, I always go out of my way to come here and grab coffee even if there’s a closer Starbucks nearby.

The best servers work here! While working in the LOC, I walked over and was pleasantly pleased by the entire staff.

Perfect place to sit n work. Grab your perfect coffee and dive into work. They have a dedicated space upstairs for those who need extra silence.

The staff here are so happy it hurts. Otherwise it's your normal Starbucks with coffee too hot to drink for at least 10 min after you get it.

The crew at this location is always friendly with me. They will also remark on my absence- someone really notices me! Today after being gone for about 2 months they said welcome back. That’s the mark of great management.

Every time I come here I am always greeted warmly. After being away for over 2 months they remarked on it! Wow. They noticed? ! That’s great community rapport and great management.

They are fast not really muschamp negative but its tiny and packed, real small. Check out pret across the street you will thank me.

I just went to my neighborhood Starbucks which is at 3rd and Penn Ave SE Washington DC. The Barister on duty is quite unpleasant and practically threw my drink at me.

It really pissed me off. I normally go in the morning inputs where everyone is sweet and pleasant. Piss poor I guess after 3: 00 pm

I love this location. The staff is friendly. It's laid out fairly odd but they maximized the space as best as they could. My favorite table is the glass window facing the sidewalk next to the app order pick up. This wouldn't be the location I use to have a meeting since it's cramped but it's good for a 2 person meet up. Drinks and food are Starbucks quality.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. It’s cozy and set in a cute two story setup. Don’t forget to go upstairs for a pleasant spot to set up a work station or curl up and read a book. It’s also great for people watching!

Ok so its Starbucks and overall I'd give the chain maybe 2 1/2 stars.
But the staff at Capitol Hill are so wonderful I would be plagued with guilt giving them anything less than 5.

Service is great. You are in and out of here within minutes of your order, even if the line is super long. That's probably why the line is not super long because there is a super low wait time. Love it

Easy location and hip atmosphere. Fine for document review or meet-ups with outside seating and “kind of good” loo (verbal, per 9 year old male). STEM tip: coffee has over 200 compounds with toxic characteristics, yet, is still medically better than soda pop and can be a great dieting substance with short fasts.

The gentleman (John) that took our order was very nice. The barista (Nola) was rude. I have ordered my favorite drink in multiple Starbucks and NEVER received a half full cup of coffe. The barista said it was because I asked it to not be shaken.

Extremely slow service, lack of ice in an ice tea. Not what I expect from starbucks and I'm a gold card holder
