Subway, Washington DC

If someone has a bunch of store coupons.in this case from subway restaurant and wanted to share some with a customer out of just being nice especially when everything is so expensive these days.is that wrong? Well i did so a week ago and then the nasty subway owner who turns all rude and ugly tells me to not share the coupons with people in his store and that if i wanted to i need to do it outside his store. Is there some sort of policy to this? If there was he could have told me nicely instead he was just so rude.i wanted to say more but decided to just leave and not give him a cent of my money. I was just helping someone save some money thats all. Instead i was yelled at and treated badly. Please DON’T give your business to this mean and nasty old man. There are many other subway restaurants in this neighborhood.go there.

I was shopping and a nice lady who was waiting her turn to order, looked at me and extended her hand with some coupons asking me if I wanted them, I thanked her and asked the man who was there. I asked him if I could use them and he answered angrily ask her, she was the one who gave them to you, she very kindly told me that I could only use them with the specific orders that the coupons said, the man, not happy and very disrespectful, told her not to return it to make sure that if he wanted to help someone he did it outside the store I told the man that he didn't need to talk to him like that the lady left saying that she would complain later she wanted to keep saying things and I told her to shut up that she had to learn to treat people people with respect i feel really bad for the girl if you're reading this i'm sorry you had to go through that just for trying to make a nice gesture.

I received a notification that an unauthorized order was placed at this location with my account. I called the store and the person that answered the phone refused to refund me, refused to let me speak with anyone else, and then hung up on me. Horrible!

This place does not deserve even a star, nasty, racist, and poor / awful customer service. Lack of hygiene.

I just came to previous location yesterday where they serve me the correct portions the very next day I had to ask the cooker to properly portion of my sandwich and then attempted to charge me extra for doing so won't come back here again

Horrible customer service. Cashier refused to accept my promo offer from Subway.com because it didn't have QR code. He wouldn't even provide a reason for refusing to use it. I asked for manager.tells me "manager isn't available". Seems like management left him by himself. Taste of my sandwich has been better at other subway locations.

Absolutely terrible. I got a turkey sandwich. The bread was old and flaky and dry. The meat was okay. I noticed that the tuna salad in the food bins was dark and dry and looked old as well.

Great little 'hidden' spot on Wisconsin Avenue NW. The guys there are great! Good, quick and fast meal for your on the go life.

As far as Subways go, you can get a good veggie sob here and the service is generally very good-some hardworking people who do a great job. You can also pre-order, if you're in a hurry.

I ordered two twelve inch bmt sandwiches off Uber eats from this place. This order cost me 36 dollars with two cokes on the side. First of all, there is basically no meat on the sandwiches whatsoever, I'm paying about $15 after tax for a vegetable sandwich carelessly doused with mayo. Like a big F. U.to the customer.

Second, after the first sandwich I got completely sick with the dreaded froth. I can confirm as I was completely clean after one wipe. I have another $15 vegetable, junk ball sandwich in the fridge. Looks like no dinner for me tonight, $36 dollars poorer

They make great subs! It's definitely the place to go if you don't feel like cooking. And there are so many toppings. It's the place to go!

Ordered online Italian sub. They sent me a veggie sun filled with green and cheese. I call the location employee asked me if I'm sure accuses me of lying. I told him I took a picture. He back pedal. Waiting on refund. How do you screw up order in a pandemic with no physical customers in store. American workforce gets worst by the day!

Never go to this subway location. They are super dirty, slow and rude. The guy who makes your order doesn’t wear gloves and is extremely rude to customers. Complete disaster.

This is my fave Subway. PERIOD. $8 bucks for TWO Foot Longs IS a GREAT deal. Today I got Turkey breast and Oven roasted chicken. Delicious!

Of course at Tenleytown, Banani is a GREAT sandwich artist. Precise and professional. She knocks them out and is fair with toppings.

This is my Go To Subway. Fast and Tasty!

Dirty, filthy location! Bathroom smelled horrible. Staff did not change gloves when preparing sandwiches for myself and colleague.
