Subway, Washington DC

Employee should get fired. There was this guy named M. H who should be fired. I was taking napkins for my four footlongs that I had already paid and he refused me to take the napkins as I was not paying for the napkins but I was paying for the food. Which does not make any sense. He was rude and abusive. He started abusing and shouting at me. The owners should take strict actions and see there have been previous reviews related to the rude employee behavior. Saeed and M. H were saying things about me in the back which I could hear. Very unprofessional.

Subway should just shutdown, the sandwiches looks nothing like it's advertised, and the bread isn't really fresh at all. I'm always disappointed when I visit Subway and I've visited a few, they're all the same, less meat and stingy with their toppings.

Veggies were old and you can just tell by looking at them. Lettuce changed its color from green to redish but they were still putting it on sandwiches, cucumbers were also looked from 2 or more days. Rude staff, wrapped my sandwich before asking me if I would like anything else.

I did not get my order attempted to call the store multiple times took 20 mins to get someone then refused to help in anyway told me to contact DoorDash when already did and they advised me to contact them he also stated “door dash will give you a refund” and then I asked him to be certain that’s what he said says maybe I don’t know clearly giving false information to customers said his name was Mohammad but probably gave me a fake name this person shouldn’t be working there at that store horrible customer service will be contacting corporate and reporting the store absolutely ridiculous April 22 2022

The guy in this restaurant should be fired. He is so rude, aggressive, unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Last time dealing with this place.
