Customer service is the worst at this location •• The assistant manager here seems like an A. I.worker. No Customer service at all. He is the worst.
$1000 phones come with no charger. The box and the USB is two different charges. Does even come as one product T mobile socks. I hate it!
I MISS SPRINT!

Antonio was super kind and helpful, I had been left waiting on xfinity to set up my wifi for 3 days after my slotted time for set up. Antonio and T-mobile had me set up in 30 minutes. He was kind and informative. Would highly recommend!

Mr. Tae was beyond excellent! He took care of all the changes I had. He was very patient and asked me to check so that nothing was missing. Glad I switched over to T-Mobile from Metro PCS. The employees at the store are al very attentive and polite. Awesome service!

They were very gracious to me as a Disabled Senior Consumer - assisted me with a new Home Internet System, set-up everything for me and when I returned home all I had to do was plug it in.
I must say the only problem I've had is logging into my account - the T-Mobile Reps, thru CHAT online and "LIVE CALLS" have extended a very gracious amount of time assisting me with the issue - even calling me back, making trouble tickets, suggestions as to check my GOOGLE and CHROME info! They are even going to call me again to assure that everything has been done properly and continue to assist me to set-up my new account!

A great Team at this Shop. Upon entering, we were greeted and asked about our question. Then told we would have to wait a moment. Then Teresa, a true expert in her field, invited us to explain our problem namely getting our our samsung device with a European eimei number set up with an America SIM card.
She said that would not work and we'd have to buy a SIM card package from T mobile. We quickly chose an option. Teresa helped install it and we are now happy to have internet and and phone in the USA. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Yall, this was a doozy.i've only been out the hospital after nine days in ICU and two downgraded for two days.i received a phone i ordered online but needed to go in and have it set up.for 2.5 hours, Saint Teresa worked magic.she tried every which way possible to get my phone turned on and was so patient and kind, and i know she has her things with patience lol- we all do, but she's a doll.the rest of the staff were so friendly and kept my spirits high but i cannot say enough brilliantly radiant words for the exceptional customer and people service i received from Teresa.this will forever be the only t-mobile in the district i'll ever go to.especially if i see Teresa working!

I was really not happy with the call center service but as soon as I came to this shop and they told me that I can get my warranty exchange, I felt like I had the whole world!

I followed the 611's instructions and went to the store in the afternoon on 01/13/2023. The store emplyee not only refused to call 611Tmobile, but then suddenly yelled at customers in way poorly useing English. I started to record it, then unfluent English worker started shouting again "If you dare to record, I'll throw you and your phone out of my store. " "This is my store, get out of my store"

I actually recorded all these. Have to sue the company, also the Tmobile ilegally transfered my personal phone number‘ call and text receive service.

All my calls and text messages were forwarded to an unknown number by Tmobile‘s back office, so my mobile phone can be used to make outgoing calls. For almost 45 days during the new year, private calls and text messages were forwarded by their company. My friends and I have found this out many times because "this number is no longer in service" is displayed after calling. Every time you call 611 they say the problem has been fixed and there is nothing wrong with your phone, but this is their comfort scam. Finally, with the assistance of a male clerk, one of their employees found out that my call was diverted, including all text messages received. I could not receive any calls and texts during the time.

Take a closer look at the chaotic service of this company. This is completely different from the tmobile I knew a few years ago.

Chauncey helped me and my husband open two new lines. Super nice and was so efficient! Great customer service and made our experience perfect. Nicholas also assisted by suggesting new promotions and specials tmobile had and i didn't know about. Very helpful location!

Staff (ok, at least the agent I was talking to) didn’t want to make a minimal effort to understand my question. I asked for clarification regarding my bill, but the agent just read me the summary of my charges. I’m sorry but I can read without her help. When I reminded her that I actually need clarification, she said that everything in the bill was correct. Just wasted my time.

Great staff. Patient and willing to help. Verizon was terrible. Switched here and been happy and cut my bill in half and got free phone.
