Department Store Target reviews
17Most of the time I have to travel to the tenleytown target to shop because the columbia heights location is usually always sold out on half the items you are shopping for
I like this target location. They have great staffing and handle weird people well. There was a guy loudly asking for money on the 52 Metro bus on the way to Target today. Then I go to Marshalls and then target. The same man from the metro bus is in Target's Christmas decoration section loudly asking everyone that walks by for money. Store personnel quickly escorted him out.
Today I was helped by Jere (I hope I am spelling this correct) She was the cashier at the pickup/return. I went to pickup an order of gingerbread houses but the items were no longer available. I could have gone to the shelves myself to get them (they still had them at the store) but she got a cart and went there herself and got me 15 gingerbread houses. She didn't have to do this! This is priceless! I wish every employee was this attentive. Thanks Jere!
Decent range of products from the Ava & Viv line but the prices just seem too high for the quality - picked up a turtleneck top for $15 and it's already ripped.
Unfortunately I can't return this as I'm no where close to the US, it sucks!
Every time I come here, the thing I made the trip for is out of stock or in the wrong aisle. Go to a different target.
You all need to check the expiration date on your products. I'm always getting old stuff from you all. I went again on 12-6-22, I Brought chops that had the expiration date of 6-2-22. I hope we do not get sick. I'm going to report this if you all do not get better at checking expiration dates. Went again today 1-3-23, to target and got some cookies for my son. I'm glad I look at the date expiration date was 1-1-23. My thing is Target makes to much money not to hire people to go around and make sure their food is not old. This does not make since
Waited 30+ minutes for a caramel latte. Requested and received a refund. Ms. Jada gave a friend a free drink, while I'm still waiting for my drink and not assisting a new employee when he obviously needed help. Target 14th street Starbucks employees, definitely do not represent the brand (TARGET OR STARBUCKS) in a positive way. I've NEVER had a bad experience at any Starbucks or Target EVER!
Why does this target never have any available grocery carts? It’s ridiculous! When I ask the staff they said that the employees end up using a lot of carts to stock and then they end up on the back. I don’t get why that’s not recognized as a problem. Order more carts? Is it that difficult? Do you know how hard it is to shop with a 3 year old without a shopping cart?
I love shopping at target because it has everything that you might need in 1 location.
Bought stuff for my mom, pets, god daughters & myself. If I had a bigger suit case, I would have bought more stuff. All the aisle were laud out so attractively & easy to follow.
Staff was really helpful, wifi worked really well as my data didn't work & I was able to order my lyft
This Target does a thing: some items that are sold/priced both individually, and in multipacks, will ring up at the multipack price, even if you scan an individual item. This happens too often to be an oversight. They are intentionally, systematically trying to steal from their customers, but with plausible deniability.
Target has all the expensive products a large bottle of Clorox is $9 and at Walmart $6.70 better bought at Walmart
I purchased a packet of Haines briefs a few days ago - they were $18.00 something. I had picked up the wrong size so exchanged them today for another packet that cost $9.79. The woman at the refund desk threw my refund slip in the trash and when I asked for it she said someone already picked up the trash. UNBELIEVABLE!
I then asked to speak with a Manager and she left briefly, returned and said a Manager was printing it for me. After some time waiting, the Manager came and gave me a slip of paper which I
thought to be my credit confirmation information. I was late for an appt so I took the paper and left.
After getting home I see what she gave me was a copy of my purchase today.
Target Col Heights owe me the amount different of my purchase. Trying to call no- one answers. I like to find out how I can get my refund.
Far too many items locked behind clear panels. This is an inconvenience for customers, and especially for the few Target team members working.
Consistently the worst Target I've ever been to. They very frequently have no milk. They're frequently out of all sorts of items. They sometimes have no available carts. It's just awful. Go to Giant nearby instead.
Broken checkout machines, employees on the clock idely standing around on the floor doing absolutely nothing, staff with no name tag to be identified for assistance, empty shelves.
My partner and I went to this target to grab some groceries and go to the pharmacy. My partner has a prescription which is a typically sensitive and private medication. The pharmacist upon being given the prescription not only rudely told her they won’t accept her prescription via the documents we had but also proceeded to show it to her coworker who proceeded to yell loudly enough for me in another isle to hear “is that for animal? !? ”.
Absolutely nothing about this experience was comfortable and the individuals working at the pharmacy today were incredibly insensitive and hurt my partner emotionally due to their inattentive and nonchalant manner of handling the situation.
Decent Target, people complain but it’s a city store.
Yes stock is low at times, but I’m used to it with the pandemic
The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. I’ve never waited long. Nice diversity too, represents neighborhood and that means a lot
Thank you Target
