Ted's Bulletin, Washington DC

1st time here and I must admit that I truly enjoyed the experience. From the stellar service to the flavorful food, the experience was nothing short of AMAZING!

We came once for breakfast and it was solid so we came back a different day for lunch. The food was delicious. The Cobb salad was delicious with a great presentation. Family had oreo and peppermint shake and enjoyed the. Bonus for me was the side of brussel sprouts where the bacon/brussel sprout ratio was close to 1: 1!:)

Ted's Food is alwways delicious, but I was in awe at how efficient the staff were across the board. I was there on a Saturday morning recently when they are very busy, but we still got our food after only 10 minutes, and I watched the staff clean, break down, and reset tables almost instantly. Their staff are incredibly well-drilled and had it down to a science. I was super impressed and will continue to return and support this business and their incredible staff

Went here bright and early on a Sunday morning for breakfast and loved it! The food was delicious. We tried a few of the Ted’s Tarts flavors and they did not disappoint. We even got a few to go. I had the avocado toast for my entree and it was really good, very fresh. I would definitely return next time I am in DC.

Best American restaurant I've ever eaten at. Absolutely get a milkshake. Zero wait at 5 PM on a Saturday. They also have great vegetarian options (sub an impossible patty on the Ted's burger!).

Great food, drinks and service. Highly recommend. We had deviled eggs, lobster roll, chicken and biscuits, seasonal spritz. Great job.

Our server Andrew was so kind and welcoming. The food was okay. I had the chicken piccata, and my bff had breakfast (with chicken sausage). The piccata sauce was thin and lacking in flavor (I added salt & a squeeze of fresh lemon juice), and the chicken was overcooked; however, the pasta was a great texture and earned the dish it's 3/5 stars (or 6.2/10 if you're grading like Keith Lee). I was disappointed that the dish lacked the lemony bite that characterizes piccata; a flavor I was ready for. To me, it's not worth $20. My bff had no real complaints about her breakfast, but she did mention that the chicken sausage "was bland" and "a little tough. " I also had the tamarind wings, which were way overcooked; chewy, dry, unpleasant. This restaurant's cooks/chefs have got to stop overcooking their protein.

My friend and I had a wonderful breakfast at Ted Bulletin. The cinnamon roll is amazing! Anything ordered here is great. The staff and management are extremely sweet.

You can't visit Washington without going to Ted's!

Have visited other locations but never the 14th st. It wasn't as busy as expected - probably the timing helped but definitely worth checking out again. The food was good and the coffee was focal point on our table. Just the way we like it.
Will definitely again.

Great place for breakfast! Neighborhood is cool and this place has lots of room and everything you need for breakfast, brunch, lunch, drinks. Check out huge breafast combo that includes a Pop Tart. Wash it all down with a beautiful milkshake. Server was friendly and fast.

We arrived early and were seated immediately. We ordered and got our food quickly. Great food and service made for a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend Ted’s Bulletin and the giant, delicious cinnamon roll! You will definitely enjoy and won’t leave hungry.

The food here was fantastic. We had the Halumi and Kale salad and it was delicious. Along with the Tacos with Chicharrón which truly hit the spot. Our waitress Alexandra truly made this experience unforgettable with her genuine smile and radiant energy. Don’t forget to try the wide variety of cakes they offer which are truly amazing.

Ted’s Bulletin somehow manages the impossible - You can dine there in a T-shirt and flip flops, or a nice suit and tie and still feel appropriate for the setting. Ted’s offers one of the best, most varied menus in DC and the quality of the cuisine never disappoints. I think Ted’s, Founding Farmers, and Circa are the three most consistent, high quality restaurants for American fare in DC.

Had a delicious dinner here with friends. The service started out fine, but our server appeared to get impatient with us as the dinner went on. We did have kids with us and were admittedly distracted at times as we were catching up, but I don’t think we warranted any exasperation. The chicken piccata was very good and my fiancé enjoyed the steak frites quite a bit.

We ate here twice once for breakfast and once for dinner. Both times was good! Portions are pretty big as you would expect. Service was great as was the atmosphere. Place was pretty busy for breakfast at 8: 30 am on a Saturday. They have great cakes and donuts as well. Good place to go for honest American food.

They had around a 30min wait for our table and got us on the wait-list quickly and communicated well through their text based system. Once our table was ready our service was in point even on a busy holiday week (4th of July in DC). The food was exceptional! The whole family enjoyed their meal but that Super Deluxe Grilled Cheese with Tomato soup is in a class of its own! Grilled cheese with Mac and Cheese with a braised short rib. It's so good!

Brilliant food and great service. Will definitely be back. The grits were super delicious, as was the giant cinnamon bun. Only waited about 10 minutes on a weekend.

Really loved the atmosphere and food at this spot for a first time experience. We had zero wait time at around 2pm on a Sunday. Our server was excellent (Alexandra)! Very full menu of comfort foods at medium but fair prices for DC area. Definitely recommended, and we'll be back. We tried the Huevos Rancheros, Chicken and Bisquits, and Pancakes.
