The Dupont Circle Hotel, Washington DC

The door man is incredibly rude and sometimes down right nasty. Hes been there for years somehow. No doubt its not because he's a great employee.

I tried to call in and get some information and speak to a manager to express a concern but when i asked for a manager or who i would speak to the front desk employee didn't want to direct me. I asked who would be the one id be speaking too and he hung up on me. This is the worst service ive got.

It is a catfish! There are no marble heated floors. The rooms are small. When i went their elevator wasn’t even working. The staircase has no walls the carpet is stained.

The Dupont Circle Hotel is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the DC area! They staff was very accommodating and made my wife and I's first anniversary very special!

There is nothing I would have changed about this hotel visit. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we experienced top-notch hospitality with a trendy, cozy room that was clean and in a prime location. The bar area was great, and our two bellmen, Balin & Richard, were so friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again without a doubt!

What a wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff were so helpful, and the rooms and service are great! Highly recommend the restaurants in the hotel also, we had some great meals there!

The staff - highly trained professionals, amazing service, very polite, helpful! It's always the people operating a certain establishment that create the best experience.

Great tradition. Great place to wind down in Friday. Correction any day. In addition great for a power meeting.

Food and early menu is spectacular. Crabcakes and peppers and bloddy mary cant miss.

Nice rooms, great bathrooms. Do you like heated floors, cozy robes and slippers? They have that and lovely shutters on the windows. Super friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy!

Very unhappy with my experience. I had a room booked for a business trip. Boston was hit with a snow storm that significantly delayed all flights. I was to depart at 3pm and the flight was read as on time all the way up to 2pm, 1 hour before the flight was to take off. It was originally delayed 3 hours that quickly turned into a 6 hour delay. I called the hotel as soon as the information came live. Long story short when I called to speak to the hotel and explain that my business meeting was cancelled and I was no longer able to get to DC considering the circumstances and the awful weather. They considered it a same day cancellation and I was penalized and charged the fee of one nights stay. I was charged $100's of dollars for something that was completely out of my control. I will never stay at this hotel again, the customer service is terrible and would advise you to steer clear of this hotel.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary here. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was quite comfortable. PLUS, the staff had graced us with chocolate covered strawberries AND a decorated plate of cake when we arrived!

Our 8th Anniversary Staycation was ahhhhmazing thanks to the staff at The Dupont Circle Hotel. Their customer service is impeccable. We have stayed in dozens of hotels in DC over the years & this was by far the one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed in. From the tour of the hotel & restaurant, to the Anniversary gift in our room, to the HEATED BATHROOM FLOORS in the marble bathroom OMGGGG! The decor and amenities are upscale, modern and chic. We truly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end! If you are visiting DC or live here & just need a change of scenery please do your self a favor & stay at this beautiful hotel!?

Comfortable beds and great breakfast. If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Dupont, this would be a good choice.

Fantastic location, nice amenities, comfortable beds, and great staff. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Capitol mall and is surrounded by shops, restaurants and things to do. I was here on business and found the facilities and staff very conducive for a successful meeting. I will be back should the opportunity arise.

Driver's working for this hotel are so friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Tesfaye Wondimu for getting me to the train station on time, despite me not having the correct cash. Thank you so much, I would have missed my flight back to the UK of it had not been for your kindness!

Superb staff. If it wasn't for the staff hotel is nothing. Rooms are not very comfortable. Even the beds are too soft. But was a nice experience.
