The Escape Game DC (Georgetown) reviews
12It was an awesome experience! The staff was also amazing, Ashley at the front desk was so nice to honor our time even though my group arrived a bit late and Mars was a great guide who even after our game showed us the other rooms and allowed us to linger and take pictures.
Our group had a lot of fun. Ashley and Mars made our experience WAY better, they went above and beyond (helped us with hints, took AMAZING pics, and were very understanding) would definitely come back!
Mars was an amazing game host! Excellent service, happy to give hints and help my group with pictures afterwards! He went above and beyond! Shout out to Ashley as well, I think that's the front desk staff name. He was so helpful, calling us when we were running a little late, holding our spot, reassuring us that we would get our full time, helping us with pictures even though we were the last ones there for the night. No one made us feel like we were holding them up or a nuisance. And when we realized that one of our party had left their wallet, as soon as we called Ashley said they had the wallet in hand and would stay open for us while we hurried back. I 100% recommend this location to everyone!
We came here today for my daughter’s 17th birthday and we had an amazing time! Everyone was incredibly professional and polite and our personal room attendant, Lee was wonderful. Lee was funny and very helpful. Everyone had such a good time we will definitely be back!
The rooms are super immersive and well designed! Ashton was a great game guide and "camp counselor" too. (also the lounge area is beautiful)
Did the Egypt room with 4 other people. Puzzles were challenging but not too difficult. Been to this location a few times, will visit again.
It was a lot of fun and great services! The only thing about the room itself was some of the stuff wouldn’t work right like to open one of the door and when we finished the room the timer didn’t stop so we spent 10 mins trying to find more clue when in reality we were done. Even with these things the room was awesome and Mars the guy helping us was perfect! He was so much fun and chill. He helped us take a bunch of pictures for like 20 minutes and let us look at the other rooms too! Everyone else was really awesome and sweet. Would 100% come again:)
Had a wonderful time at Escape Room Live Georgetown! Alex was a wonderful game master and did a great job adding to the experience and answering questions. Can’t wait to come back!
Excellent! Ashton was an amazing guide and Tatianna at the front is super warm and welcoming. Will definitely be hitting up the other 4 rooms soon.
Ashton did a great job as a Gm, making sure we got help when we needed and checking in/telling us our time. One of the best aesthetically designed rooms I’ve seen!
This place is great! My family did the elixir one and it was fun! PS the elixir one is the hardest they have.
Well.where should I begin. The staff could care less that you were there. They advertise boards and other amenities and they are not avalible. Some of the challenges in the room did not function properly causing us loss of time, and we had to ask for help disqualifying us from the 20% off next time (btw it was a malfunction with a peice that would not register the door to release which would have put us in the top 5 patrons. So asking for help disqualified us.) We could hear the other rooms like they are kinda close to us movie theater style so takes away the fun. We could other people talking, clues about thier rooms, shouts, Cramped.like dont do have more than 5 five people like it is very cramped. 8 to 10 people like the brochure says is way too many! I have an android and the person said oh everyone I will air drop the photo? Can you just text it or email it. Lastly it was not remarkable. I dont feel like I really want to come back I would if someone else paid and I was in town.
