The Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection, Washington DC

For a Valentine's get away, this was a perfect suite for us.
For the 24 hours we were there, nothing else mattered and everything was taken care of. The rooms had alcohol wipes in every room and on every table. We well rested and enjoyed ourselves a lot.

What a beautiful old hotel stays here for a couple of nights unfortunately during Covid most of the restaurants have been closed in the area.

The Mayflower provided great service during a stressful period of high security lockdown. Thank you, Mayflower staff!

One of the grand dames of DC hotels, updated several times over the past 15 years. Elegant restaurant and ballrooms. Some conference rooms accessed mainly via steep narrow stairs. Now part of a chain, with corresponding food quality.

Great hotel. The location is quite convenient, five blocks from the white White House and no more than 15 min walking from the mall. Nice and conformable rooms. Bar/restaurant is ok, a bit expensive and plain for my personal taste.

Our room was great. Staff was kind and went over the top to accommodate our needs. Saw dogs so pet friendly. The bar was nice And drinks were reasonable. Valet parking only. Breakfast was awesome!

Very nice hotel in downtown/midtown DC. Came here for a work conference. Check in was fast and staff were all friendly. Rooms are very nice (autographs on the wall, hence the name). Spacious room with nice size bathroom, nice toiletries, and adequate closet (not very large though). Very comfy bed and pillows. Fairly pricey, but DC is overall and they are competitively priced.

The Marriott Vacation Club rooms on the 7th floor to the hotel's fame, small, dated decors. Worse still is is it's restaurant Edgar. Limited menu, shrimps tasted like dead ones, the pea shoot is tough and hard like weeds. Services are bad, it seems it is understaffed. The check has errors. All in all, our dining experience is awful.

This was an excellent venue for the professional event that I was attending. Was very pleased with the amenities and stage.

I only stayed here for two nights, but while the staff was more outgoing and much more helpful then at other types of Marriotts the overall room for the price was not as I expected. My first room was so noisy I ended up having to change rooms. And for all of the hype that the Mayflower gets, I had higher expectations! But overall I would say I had an enjoyable experience and would Recommend the Mayflower if someone can find a rate that is a good deal.

Great place to stay in downtown DC. Convenient to lots of sites. Not budget friendly but historic in nature.

Was at a work happy hour in the lobby and first floor ballrooms. Area was nice and ballrooms were spacious. Great location.

The place is really nice! With my work crowd it got a bit crowded, but it was fine. Convenient to both Farragut West and North.

I was there for a holiday party. The staff of the event seemed a little less informed than last year and there was some confusion about where to go. However, the hotel is beautiful and the holiday decorations are some of my favorite.

The rooms were very well decorated and the wait staff was exceptional. I had a great time at the Mayflower for my company holiday party.

How can you not give the Mayflower anything but a 5 star reveiw?

The beauty of this grand hotel wasn't the boujee decor but rather the graft group of people who made their way to the bar or restuarant area. From your local grocery clerk, FBI agents, bored millionaires, capitalists, and of course the most amazing tourists from around the globe.

If you can't stay for the night, which I highly recommend, but make sure you spend 15 minutes people watching at the bar. You never know who you'll run into there
