The UPS Store, Washington DC

Quick! I went in on a busy New Year’s Eve. Despite a short line, I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Rashaad helped me return so many packages swiftly and efficiently! I was having a rough day with a couple negative interactions, which only made Rashaads helpful and kind welcome shine brighter. Much appreciated and will come to this location again.

Friendly. Professional. Quick. We went to the Post Office yesterday to send three packages. The clerk rudely stated that my boxes were too busy because I had crossed out name brands, etc.on the boxes per the PO guidelines. She told me I needed to go buy brown tape and cover them up. So, we decided to just go to UPS 20 minutes away. And, wow, what a difference! Larry at the Van Ness store and his co-worker gave every single person a smile and always asked, "How can I help you? " And moved mountains to do it. Thank you, Larry! Smiles go miles for sure. I went from being angry at the PO to happy to have met such a wonderful employee at UPS. I will be bringing all of my shipping to UPS.

This place was just wonderful! Patient kind and above and beyond the job. I'd go here any day, The notary helped me with my paperwork and even scanned it to my email. Just great when your home office acting up

Very good customer service. During Coronavirus they are only allowing 3 customers in at a time. Only once have I had to stand in line outside but the line moved quickly.

I've been using this UPS store for 10 years. No matter who is on staff, they always provide EXCELLENT customer service. They are a fantastic store.

Best UPS store ever! Had to ship a laptop and they did everything, packaged it and all! Super helpful and friendly and above all convenient!

This store is a DHL pickup location. I prepaid for a DHL shipping label and dropped it off at this store, and the store tried to claim I needed a corporate account number. Multiple calls to DHL confirmed the store was mistaken. The store failed to call in a DHL pickup request, delaying my package by a full 24 hours. DHL customer service profusely apologized for the behavior at this store. I highly recommend DHL but suggest you drop your package off at an alternate location.

I used their computer for LESS THAN A MINUTE to print a return label and they charged me $2.50 only computer use! And a seperate charge for printing. It was less than a minute and they crage me $2.50, this is ridiculous. I will never return to their store again!

Great convenient location! Ms Renata and the young African American male have really great customer service. I started coming here in December 2015 and haven’t stopped since keep up the terrific work!

Clear, heads-up, friendly service from the mundane (making sure my package was securely taped) to the strategic (explaining how the store integrates printing, shipping and other functions efficiently and thus economically). A down-home, nice store for the Van Ness neighborhood.

Probably one of the worst UPS locations I've visited. The staff here is very unmotivated and seems to participate in some sort of price gouging. The prices they charge are always radically different to those advertised on the website.

Ridiculous! Went in there to drop off a UPS package only to find a big sign inside "NO UPS DROP OFF"

Great new management. Arman was super helpful-he notarized legal paperwork last Saturday. I had to fax the paperwork and overnight it and was pleased I could get it all done in one place, with competent people. It was stressful, and Arman's boss offered me a Persian cookie! I appreciated the homemade touch. They were celebrating an Iranian holiday, I think, and I benefited:)

The store employees at this location do not have a strong feeling about customer service. They gave me the wrong information about when the DHL representative would arrive at their store for pick up, in spite of the fact that I went by in person in the morning and called later in the afternoon to confirm. That wrong information resulted in my missing the DHL pick up for that day, and the woman at the register could not have cared less. There was no apology for the misinformation, and the gentleman who had earlier told me the wrong thing quickly escaped to the rear of the store. I understand that mistakes happen, and perhaps the courier arrived unexpectedly early that day. But when those providing the customer service clearly have absolutely no interest in the quality of the service for the customer, it makes me realize that I won't be using the store again. It was an important package that I was counting on to be delivered by Wednesday. The store's error resulted in my paying for two days delivery to London but getting it delivered in three days.

I never experienced the previous management, but I've found this location to be helpful with quick turn around. Glad to have this in the neighborhood.

Showed up at 8: 30, when store was supposed to open. Waited for 40 minutes, and it never opened.
