As others have noted, noise from the club as well as the street is a problem. Hotel smells smoky. TV is sub-basic cable. Not a great Hilton experience.

Do not stay here if you like a quiet clean room. Even on 8th floor the noise from ground level bar is excessive - windows are so thin a car door shutting 8 floors down sounds like it is in the room. Also bathroom was not cleaned well, Lots of hair in shower from previous occupants. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Outstanding boutique hotel by Hilton just North of GW and Foggy Bottoms. Rooms were excellent size in studio apartment setup.with mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and counter space.

Hotel has a grab and go selection, along with a nice reading nook.

While the location provides for breakfast in the adjacent restaurant, it is mostly microwaved food. Unless a Diamond Member with food credit, would recommend visiting a local cafe near GW for breakfast.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and every single time I've watched the front desk staff be very rude to everyone. I don't know how that happens. The location is great which is why I choose to stay there, but really unfortunate that they don't care about customer service.

Also a big inconvenience is their lack of parking. You either have to street park or park at the Ritz which is a few min walk.

Room description was highly misleading. Staff were friendly but unhelpful about the misleading info.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. We've used Hilton in DC a couple of times recently and this experience was just "good". The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The location was convenient. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was fine, across the street at the Ritz. Same problem as other posters: terrible noise on weekend from bar patrons on the street until 2-3 in the morning. The windows are too old to help, even though we were on the top floor. Not going back to this one. Far better experience at the Hilton Garden Inn 2 blocks away (2201 M street).

Friendly staff, but will not stay here again due to the loud club music heard until 2am. We were on 4th floor and still heard.

Rooms were nice size and spacious, but bathrooms just a small single sink.

If traveling alone, give a try, but stay highest floor possible maybe to avoid noise.

While the room and the staff were both very nice, the bar on the first floor makes it impossible to sleep, as several other people noted. I was on the 4th floor and it was still deafening loud. The bar is open until 3 AM and has skylights that are kept open so the noise pours out. My company’s office is around the corner and I come to DC frequently for work, but I will never come back to this hotel because of the noise.

Staff was awesome and location was great but our room seemed to share a wall with the nextdoor club/bar. We heard the beat until after 3 am.

The room was fairly spacious. The furniture was a bit dinged up and there were some spots on the carpet. There was also some strange paint on the ceiling that suggests a historic water leak. But it was fairly clean and quiet enough where I was, so long as you don't have a room by the elevator. They are cleaning rooms only intermittently so don't expect a daily visit unless you ask for one.

During one visit, the person who checked me in during this visit was somewhat rude and unhelpful. It was as if I was doing her a favor by giving her my money and it was a bother that I was present. However, during subsequent visits, the check in staff were fantastic. The rest of the workers are also very nice and the breakfast downstairs used to be quite good until they changed it to make your order. The eggs are not fresh. The costs of the good are offensively high.

It was a very nice hotel, don't get me wrong. The room was beautiful, and clean. Love the upgraded style in this boutique hotel. My big issue was the strong odor of marijuana smoke in the entire 2nd floor hallway when we checked out, and the music from the restaurant/bar (Casta's) was so loud it kept us awake til quite late.

Hotel was in a great location. Outside noise is very loud. There is a club below the hotel in which clubbers could be heard all throughout the night. It being busy outside isn't a problem but would think hotel would update their windows.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Was in town on business for a few days and from the location to the cleanliness of the room to the OUTSTANDING customer service I received. It was all wonderful!

The rooms are extremely spacious (King Suite), exceptionally clean and cozy. I am very picky about hotels and was a little nervous based on some of the reviews. But I literally exhaled after we arrived and I got to my room.

Throughout the stay I interacted with the front desk staff, specifically Nicole, Michelle and Melanie. They were welcoming, professional, had great recommendations and super genuine. Customer service is everything to me and they made sure I truly enjoyed my stay, answered my questions and shared some good laughs.

The only thing this hotel misses on is having a gym and great breakfast service. They offer breakfast but it's extremely limited and expensive imo. That's the only dings in my opinion for this hotel.

Yall, make sure if you're in DC to check out this lovely boutique hotel!

Rooms were nice enough but had a very strange layout. And how can a hotel in 2022 still not have streaming services on their TVs? This place is a good decade behind.

Very nice hotel with friendly and curtious staff. Impeccable rooms. Located within walking distance of the White House.

Got a great deal on the room and it was exactly what was needed for our stay in DC. Plus Casta’s is right below the hotel and is a great place to start the night

Front desk person on the night I arrived seemed to hate her job. Could not politely describe where parking is located.

Not impressed. Parking is 40 dollars per night, and a block away.
When I asked if the hotel had a restaurant or bar, the answer was, “No”. Turns out, there is a Rum Bar under the hotel.
The hot water takes 5-15 minutes to appear.
The bed was comfy.
