So many things were broken. The restrooms were filthy and there was even a pair of underwear on the sink. A couple from another country were laughing about what a joke we are.

The White House Visitor Center gives a nice insight into the history of the White House. It is very informative and worth a visit, and there is also a shop inside the visitor center.

We did not take the White House tour but we did explore the visitor center. Be prepared for a wait to get into the building as you pass through security level screening. The movie was good but it focused mostly on contemporary presidential and family life in the White House through the words of former Presidents and family members. I would have likeed to see more on the earlier history of the White House. There were many exhibits that tells the story of the White House. Also, the Rangers were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Today everyone is discredited, and we've lost trust in our institutions.

Kermit went to make-a-wish foundation and slapped a kid with cancer.

In any case, this should not be ignored. Lots of beautiful items and history about the White House. At the very back there is a small cinema in which there is a great trailer with lots of interesting information.

Must visit at least once in a lifetime. Everything is at a walkable distance. Dropping a nice photo I took at my visit.

The video of family members remembering their time in the White House was very informative. Lots of information regarding the construction of the building. Best thing is there's no admission fee

Once in a lifetime experience. If you are lucky enough to get tickets, you must go tour the Whitehouse. We stopped at the welcome center first before the tour. They let a handful of people in at a time so there can be a long line. Was very, very cool to see. Had many hands on things to see and easy to keep kids entertained. There is also a giftshop inside.

It's a visitors center that gives you the breakdown of the white house. I would say I enjoyed the miniature versions of the white house. There's also a small gift shop there.

I don't think there's much point in going here. Some fun stories inside, but nothing you can't learn on Wikipedia.

You have to be ready to walk alot when you go to DC. Trust me, It is alot of walk. But it is very good, except for the white house view rightyou walk all around the garden just to endup looking at this view. It is better from far (close to the road signals)

We had inside tour visit. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes self guided tour. Taken pictures of Red room, China room, Green Room, Blue Room etc. Please note, you can not take anything inside of the White House such as bags, purses, strollers, tinee-tiny bags, camera, recording devices. Do have your ID'S or Passports. If you forget and bring items that are not allowed, go directly across the street to the Marriott Hotel, they have small lockers at a small fee per hour. You can only see the entire White House from the outside.

Since visiting the White House is almost impossible for Spanish tourists, you can at least go to the Visitor Center that is not far from the presidential residence and learn some curious facts about this emblematic building.
Admission is free and there you will find models that explain the evolution of the construction of the White House, as well as interesting objects that have been used in that place.
Recommended visit.
