Ernesto and Suly called to inform me they were about 30 minutes away and arrived within the appointment window. We first did a walkthrough of the house so they could put a plan into action. There's a bit of equipment required to perform the job and they both unloaded and staged their gear quickly and in an orderly fashion. Ernesto and Suly were precise and thorough in their work. The only trace of their presence were the spotless air vents. I'm very happy with the outcome.
