The staff there is amazing and very helpful.
They were able to fix my machine like brand new and it’s 53 years old.

Great day at SewWhat in Delaware for an OESD embroidery event. Wonderful information, Bunni had enough space for the well attended event as well as food, door prizes, giveaways and breaks which gave time to shop for goodies in her fully stocked store with plenty of inspiration all over the walls. Time well spent!

One of the best quilt shops I have been too! The owner was super friendly and super helpful. She was able to help answer questions and gave me suggestions to resolve issues I haven’t learned about. The shop was clean, well stocked and brightly lit. 10/10 will definitely be visiting again!

Great friendly experienced sewists on staff to assist you when you need a tip, trick or question answered. Sign up for any of a variety of classes on the web site calendar and learn as you create projects to gift, or to keep for yourself, with such a good group of companions (aka.new friends)

I just stopped looking for specific fabric for a specific project. I found an entire line of fabric that just came in, but was looking at other fabrics to coordinate with them. A new-to-me sales clerk was trying to be helpful (almost too helpful) took the bolt I was trying to color match and walked away to find fabrics. I’d already told her that I started at the back of the store, so I knew there wasn’t anything in the back that I wanted. She was chatty, and kept showing me pics of her quilts. Nice, but I had also mentioned that my hubby was waiting in the car. She was talking about quilts she was making, so much so that I was counting as she measured and cut my fabrics. Next time I’ll just tell her thanks, but no thanks, I’ll find my own fabrics.

I highly recommend Sew What! The staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable, it also helps they love sewing and crafting just as much as their customers! I took my Viking 905 in for repair not expecting to get it back until February at the earliest, but low and behold less than a week it was ready for pickup much to my delight! My sewing babies have been unused abd stored since 2017 and staff were so helpful in alerting me to the changes and updates in machines and what I could consider if I wanted to upgrade. They took time to really assist and inform not give me the hard sell. I'm taking all my sewing babies in for a check up and then I'm coming back to visit for classes. Sew What is a definite Sew Yes!

The Service Department is top notch. Mike is awesome with great attention to detail while servicing as well as explaining what is wrong with the machine. The owner and staff are fantastic and very helpful and treat customers as family.

The atmosphere at Sew What is friendly and fun. The embroidery classes are all about learning how to use different products and techniques. I'm happy to be a part of this community.

Although this shop is located in a small strip of stores, it’s packed with inventory of all your basic sewing needs. It also sells sewing machines & offer a variety of classes. The staff is very knowledgeable & provide excellent customer service. It’s a rare find & worth a visit.

Fantastic store and staff. Big selection of notions and lots of embroidery supplies. Bunni the owner is fabulous. She spent the time to help me match 12 different colors for an embroidery design and they matched perfectly.

In addition to being conveniently located along Kirkwood Highway and less than one mile from my house, Sew What is well stocked and focused on customer service. Sew What carries different brands of sewing machines for embroidery and for sewing. They are well stocked with parts and expertise. They carry fabrics and notions for a wide variety of projects. They offer a range of fun classes. I think the shop owner is very focused on her customers needs. She is fair and helpful. I am always greeted and welcomed by her and/or the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Ready to help, they love to sew, this isn’t just a job for them. Nice selection of fabrics as well as sewing machines for all levels of interest and skill. Classes are available on a variety of focuses: introduction to your new machine, skill building machine embroidery, holiday projects and more! Then a whole wall of accessories of various brands for the different machines. Lots of eye candy!
